Pinetop Lakes CC Cabin, Central A/C, pet friendly

We had a wonderful escape to Pinetop. This cabin was so comfortable and even decorated for the holidays. The location was excellent, kitchen well-appointed, and bedrooms very comfortable. Motion sensor night lights throughout. We loved enjoying the fireplace at night and many shuffleboard games were played…Jenga too. Everything was just so cozy and thoughtful. We definitely hope to return.

Grade A hosts!! Out of all the VRBO, Home Away, other rental companies I’ve rented with, these hosts were TOP NOTCH. The house was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, blankets, cleaning products, cooking utensils, and a crock pot, everything you would have at home and should expect a rental to have, but many don’t, this host has it!We would definitely rent from them again. They thought of everything!!!

The house and accommodations were everything we needed including a kitchen equipped to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner. The game room was especially fun after dinners. Neighborhood was quiet and very “ north woods” feeling. We will be back.AG

This is the nicest VRBO I’ve ever rented. Everything in this home is high quality and tastefully done. Great communication with Ken and Judy from beginning to end! The cabin was perfectly clean, the kitchen well equipped, and BBQ great. The bed super cozy and bath well stocked with numerous towels, TP, plus mini shampoo and conditioner. We enjoyed the Beautiful Outdoor spaces, the fire pit, and the multiple outdoor seating areas…so relaxing! We played cornhole, shuffleboard, and used the bikes! The game room was a real bonus! You’ll have everything you need for a perfect mountain get away. Every detail has been considered and included at the cabin for a perfect stay! Thank you Ken and Judy!

This place is amazing! Clean, comfortable, cozy! The side yard was perfect for our two dogs! The kitchen was well stocked! Loved being able to have sitting areas on both sides of the house! Great location! Ken and Judy were easy to get ahold of and quick to respond! We will be back!!!! Anne & John

Great location, cabin was very clean, fences for the dogs, cabin was very well equipped with all essential things needed. Hosts were always very responsive.

The house was just as described and very clean. The owners, Judy and Ken, were extraordinarily accommodating. We had not realized we had made a mistake and stayed one day longer than we should have. Judy and Ken immediately accommodated the additional night. We can't recommend this cabin or these owners enough. This was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Our hosts are not only outstanding communicators, the are gracious and proactive hosts. They are responsive and proactive, anticipating any possible needs. The house is generously stocked with more than plenty of linens and towels. The grounds are beautiful- you can see that careful attention was paid to the new landscaping and colorful flowers. Honestly, we’ve never stayed at a more comfortable house in all of our years of renting. We were looking for the rental that we could call home during our summer escapes and we’ve found it.

Visiting our daughter and family in Pinetop Country Club area for a week. We had 4 adults and 2 dogs. This home was perfect for our family and our dogs. Spacious, clean well stocked with anything you need and in a beautiful, quiet location. Ken and Judy are wonderful hosts. Communication from them before our stay and one question we had during was excellent and quickly responsive. Highly recommend! We plan on being back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ken and Judy’s place. We brought our dogs and they loved the fenced in area on the side of the house. Ken and Judy’s attention to details is second to none. This place has everything you could possibly need. The front porch and patio is where we spent a lot of our time enjoying the beautiful weather. We would absolutely stay here again.

What a perfect setting to get away from the heat! There were multiple areas to gather inside and out. The house was extremely clean and well supplied. We definitely plan to return.

Couldn't stay at a more perfect house in Pinetop. This is the second time we've stayed here and we couldn't ask for a more perfect place to stay.

The property is exactly as described. The yard is perfect if you’re traveling with dogs. The house was clean and the location was amazing. The yard games and shuffleboard made for some great family time. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great time.

This cabin exceeded our expectations! It’s perfect for 2-4 people but can accommodate up to 6 guests and 2 small dogs (as we discovered). We visit this area twice a year, and this is by far our favorite spot. The bedrooms had nice carpeting, master bath area had double sinks, and the kitchen was fully stocked with nice, matching dishes, pots & pans, a Keurig, etc. There were games, tvs, decent wi-fi and a working indoor fireplace. Judy, the owner, was incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive—from booking through check-out. She even went the extra mile to provide additional serving bowls for our Thanksgiving stay. The area was peaceful, and the cabin was absolutely delightful! The fenced backyard was perfect for our pups, there was plenty of hot water, lots of heaters and blankets, and we especially loved the shuffleboard table in the game room (#newfavorite). Our family, who joined us for the trip, loved it just as much—our nieces even said it was one of their favorite stays. I can’t recommend this cabin enough for anyone looking to escape the daily grind and enjoy the beauty of the mountains! We hope to return next year!

If I could give this house six stars I would. Everything about it was perfect. The house was nice and clean, neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and hosts were extremely nice. Really looking forward to coming back again very soon.

Truly a perfect property. Ken and Judy obviously love the cabin and it shows. I have worked I hospitality since I was 16 years old and the amount of care and details this host provides is absolutely wonderful. We brought our two pups with us and they enjoyed a weekend away from the Phoenix heat. Truly 10/10 stay and I can’t recommend this property enough! Hopefully the hubby and I can get back there soon to have a shuffle board rematch!

Cabin was perfect, and we will definitely go back. Wonderful down to the last detail. Loved wall of windows to view pine trees from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Immaculate, super comfortable space layout and beds, and extremely well-maintained. Beautiful decor. Nice outdoor space. Great location. Had no issues at all during our stay. Prior communications with hosts proved Judy to be extremely responsive, thoughtful, and caring. Highly recommend this home!

If you love cool evenings under the pines and enjoying a cozy home with all the amenities this is perfect. They thought of everything to make our vacation and time with friends and family effortless. Very responsive and accommodating. We will be repeat visitors for sure.
