Hours of operation are Saturday-Thursday 8 am - 8 pm and Friday 8 am - 9 pm. If you expect to arrive late, please contact the front desk prior to arrival for instructions.

Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

Hotel Guests: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a daily $14 plus tax resort fee* will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card- cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.
