Stayed Jan 15, 2026House is warm and cozy. Like the overall layout and the living area. Couches/chairs are comfy too! Nice decks if weather permits. Beds comfortable. Surfaces clean, but could use a deep cleaning. No WiFi, but TV is nice with a huge selection of dvds.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025There was excellent communication from Frank and Yelena when I first booked their cabin to the week of our trip and the day we checked out. I truly want to thank them for sharing their cabin with us. Very easy access right off Hwy 108 and just 10 minutes from Pinecrest Lake. It is a nice and cozy cabin and very welcoming. The living area, bedrooms, bathrooms to the dining area, was very clean. The bed sheets and towels were fresh and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some lunch and dinner. We spent both nights hanging out on the patio. We didn't have any younger kids with us, so we didn't bother to go down to the playground area. We also met of few of the local families walking around the neighborhood and got to speak to them, just very nice and friendly folks. We would love to stay here again next year.

Thank you for renting it to us.As an FYI, there is mouse (or maybe 2) in the house as there were signs each morning and he / she got into an avocado we had out on a counter. Also, we took our garbage with us when we left as we couldn't open the garbage can on the road (seems the lock is broken)thanks again and will hopefully be renting from you againKyle
