Just needed more towels but perfect otherwise!

After a long 14-hour drive, we were disappointed to find that the floors, sheets, and towels in our rental were noticeably stained and unclean. We were told that the property had been thoroughly cleaned five days before our arrival, but it did not appear to reflect that effort. There were crumbs on the floor and cobwebs in several areas, which was particularly concerning with four small children in our group, as cleanliness is very important to me.I reached out to the host, Jimmy, who was understanding and addressed our concerns. The location of the house was fantastic, and the property itself had a lot of charm; however, the floors were uneven. Overall, I regret choosing to stay here instead of opting for another rental.

Great location to Dollywood, local attractions, and restaurants. Cabin was clean, well stocked with games/entertainment, and beds were comfortable. Also all TVs were updated and worked as expected. No negative comments.

We spent 7 nights in the cabin and had plenty of space to spread out. No steep or curvy roads, flat parking, and location was amazing. At the entrance there was a convenience store and pizza place. Jimmy was very communicative and check in was easy. The cabin description was spot on. Would definitely choose this cabin if we return to the area.

Booked last minute for annual trip. Really enjoyed the check in process and Jimmy was very attentive to any questions. If you are looking for a great location to Dollywood and overall ease of access this is the place for you.

Comfy beds, clean, close to everything, supply games for every age, close convience store

Great place very convenient with access to everything and plenty of room for the kids to play without being on top of each other! Great time was had.

We had 6 adults and 5 kids 2-10yrs old and they loved the place. Clean and convenient location. We spent 1 1/2 days at Dollywood. Beds are comfy with pretty much everything we needed to entertain kids and eat in some. Our host Jimmy was very responsive and answered what questions we had. Thank you Jimmy for a great stay!

Everything was all that I expected, I will be back. Five stars

Great cabin for a long weekend with adults and/or older kids. Not much for little kids to do, but cabin is very roomy and bedrooms are large with king beds. The upstairs master suite gives parents some provacy away from the kids too. Cabin leans to the back, so be pprbe prepared to walk on a tilt a bit.

Comfortable place to stay minutes away from Dollywood

It was a nice place to stay in pigeon forge. We enjoyed the property and the area. It was all very efficient and the property was very clean. The kids liked there were movies to watch, they played pool and did a puzzle-all provided. Thank you, KF

This trip was something we wanted to do with Grands before school started. We wanted to all be in one place not a bunch of motel rooms. This was perfect
