Brand new cabin /house finished in 2023, 1 mile from stateline boat ramp, huge boat storage shared with 3 other rented cabins on a 10 acre wooded property, fire pit with many chairs and tables next to the boat storage, 60 “ tv in living room and 42” in master with 250 channels. No Wifi but cell phones have good reception

Stayed Mar 28, 2026I cannot say enough good things about my stay here this Spring. The cabin is ideally located for Pickwick lake activities. Equidistant boat ramp access to 2 ramps, about a ten minute drive. The cabin is nearly new, clean and comfortable and the location is quiet. The hosts, Brandon and Tonya, are very helpful and just good folks. I will be coming back!

Stayed Jun 12, 2024Perfect place to stay for a tournament on Pickwick. Great parking for trucks with boats, close to boat ramps and restaurants to get dinner. Will definitely be staying again.
