Extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We took advantage of all of the amenities and really enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was very spacious, plenty of room for everybody to spread out and we all loved the 4 outdoor balconies. Elk springs resorts was good with communication and even text when a storm was rolling thru the area. Giving pointers on what to prep and secure before the storm hit. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our cabin had everything we needed while also being comfortable, beautiful, and roomy. The location was convenient to area attractions like Dollywood, yet close enough to get free deliveries using Walmart Plus while still being remote enough to be in the woods and surrounded by the wilderness we were looking for. The customer service team and the maintenance crew were all very kind, patient, and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had, and given the opportunity, we would stay here again.

The cabin was in a quiet neighborhood, and was very roomy!

Elk Springs Management was great at communication and helping answer any and all questions especially a guy named Dan. The only downside to this particular cabin is there are really no good views and you have to go to the store to get your essentials as the property only supplied a one supply of things. Overall we really enjoyed the cabin, the pool table, arcade game and especially the Hot Tub. We will definitely use Elk Springs for future trips.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a group of friends taking some time to relax. Plenty of room for all 9 of us. Kids slept on couches or air mattresses. Hot tub was a hit although on the smaller side for being able to house so many people in the co do, the hot tub can not accommodate. Overall we would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: We were overall pleased with our rental and although some of my comments may seem petty I believe they could improve the future experience with just a few minor adjustments. Our cabin was very dark inside, 4 light bulbs were either out or burned out during our stay. The grill was very old and the grill brushes were not something I wanted to clean the grill with. There was no binder with instructions for the door locks, hot tub, grill timer or trash pick up or check out procedures.There were no hooks in any bathroom to hang shower or hand towels. Again this may seem petty but two other members of our family had issues that were much more of an inconvenience than ours, such as a refrigerator that didn’t work for almost 48 hrs upon arrival. Another had bathroom fans that blew air in not vent it out. Not things you expect upon arrival, and my wife and I recommended Elk Springs to them. We kinda took some grief for that. So again not huge problems on our end but on some of our families it was.
