Very clean, small bathroom for 6 people. Disappointed in gameroom, and a bear attacked and broke out passenger window, other than it was great 2 day getaway. anhour after arrival

We had a wonderful weekend at this cabin. It is the definition of quaint—tucked away in the trees, incredibly peaceful, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. From the kitchen essentials to the cozy linens, the hosts really thought of every detail to make it feel like home. The only issue we encountered was the parking situation. There is no designated parking spot for the cabin, which was a surprise as there was no warning about this in the listing. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, be aware that it is definitely not possible to park two cars anywhere nearby. The Verdict: An absolutely beautiful, well-equipped retreat. Just be sure to carpool and plan for the lack of a driveway!

Our host was very responsive to any question we had during our stay! He even sent a list of places to eat which was great since this was our first time in Gatlinburg. Parking is a little tight if you have a truck but secluded enough you don't have to worry about other vehicles passing by much. Loved everything about this place!

I’ve stayed at this cabin before so it still hasn’t disappointed me. Everything was the way it says it’s gonna be and Zack even helped with a few blonde moments I had.

Extremely disappointed w/ this rental and the lack of communication from the host Zack. From day one the fridge didn’t get cold, the freezer didn’t freeze and it leaked water everywhere. I reported it multiple times and while Zack said he would handle it, nothing was ever fixed. By the end of my stay the freezer door wouldn’t even close and he completely stopped responding until late Sunday evening which I was over his ridiculousness. It’s unacceptable to charge full price for a place that doesn’t have a working fridge/freezer especially when guests are staying several days and need to store food. The lack of communication and follow-through was beyond frustrating. If something goes wrong during your stay don’t expect help or even a response, unless it’s auto reply.

The stay overall was nice however a few things that would’ve been nice to know is the limited parking available (two spots), the second room is a loft of the A-Frame with no closed door/wall noise/ overall privacy, and the 1.5 bath as listed is really just a full bath and a Jacuzzi in the master room, so it’s one full bathroom and just one toilet for the house among your guests.

Our stay was good, and the cabin was an authentic way to experience the area. The cabin was clean, rustic and as advertised. The host was great at sending suggestions and ensuring we were having a great stay. Gatlinburg and the Smokies were AMAZING!The two biggest challenges were--the door lock (it was really tricky to lock and unlock). The other MAJOR issue was the one way road advertised to get to the property. This provided some challenging and in some instances unsafe encounters (due to some other guests on the access road) to access the property. While it was truly rustic in the area, due to this feature, we would not stay in the cabin again.

Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Saw a bear and that was awesome. Parking in my SUV was hard and the road was rough to drive on to get there. Was very close to the park and downtown. Would stay there again.

This cabin is very nice and the pictures don't do it justice. The owner is very responsive and punctual with his replies and is willing to help any way he can. It's a little difficult to get to with a full-size truck, but you get the hang of it after 2 or 3 trips. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The Cabin was very clean and perfect for the 5 of us plus our 9 month old. We loved everything about it. The only tricky part was finding the cabin. Our gps didnt quite get us there. So would highly recommend not going to find the cabin at night. Go in the day time and look for the no oulet sign. Overall its was great and would book again.

The cabin was so cute and homey! We enjoyed our stay. This cabin is close to Gatlinburg without being too close. Lots of bear sightings at the cabin! The owner was very quick to respond about a matter that needed attention soon and ensured that they would promptly resolute the issue. We recommend this cabin to anyone enjoying nights away!

This is a beautiful cabin up in the hills between Ober and Downtown Gatlinburg. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the parking available. If we brought me diesel truck it may not have fit in the 1 spot to park in next to the cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable and the hot tub on the deck was perfect to have a drink and relax in after a day on the road or in town. Saw a few bear just below the cabin one morning too. Very peaceful and would recommend a stay here

My wife and I always have a good time no matter what. The beds were comfortable, shower was hot, and cabin was as described. We had a wonderful time hiking and enjoying Gatlinburg which was only a few minutes away. The hot tub cover is broke and could use some attention. Would have liked to have had local tv to watch some college football games. We had plenty of bear activity around our place as well.
