Stayed Nov 26, 2025The chalet has a strong odor of cat urine and cat feces. The deoderizer sprinkled on the steps by cleaners did not help. The master bedroom curtains are wrinkled sheer and had tears in them. We had to take a blanket and hang over it for no one to see in the room. There are cob webs hanging on the walls and a busted open place in kitchen ceiling, where there was a water leak at some point. The chalet definitely needs updating with fresh paint and repairs to the walls, as well as tearing the carpet out. To park, your at about a 90 degree angle pulled down a hill to park. Our wheels spun a little trying to get out on dry land.
