Perfect for Couples,2 King Master bedrooms, Dry Sauna, Hot Tub, 3 covered decks

The property was the ultimate relaxation cabin. Hot tub and Sauna were easy to use combined with the wrap around porches made it a pleasure to come home early evening to after a day of outdoor adventures at broken bow. The owner, Shane, was very considerate checking in on us when we arrived and during stay to make sure we had no problems. Even though everything was perfect, I was very thankful for such a considerate host as the last expensive property I rented in Key West I literally had to chase down the owner when our AC broke and the inside temp was 86 degrees and climbing then cancel my evening plans while I had to wait on the AC guy. The cabin has all the amenities you would need with top notch upgrades. Even had everything to make s’mores including seasoned firewood for the fire pit. You should be very conscious of the 4 person limit on the cabin. There are security cameras in front and back which is very comforting for security purposes, and easy to see if you are trying to break the person limit. We would definitely rent this cabin again!!

The property was beautiful. Even the professional photos online didn’t adequately capture the scale of the home and property. Lots of room to breathe and top-notch finish out. The cul-de-sac felt private. The kitchen well-appointed. And the sauna was our favorite way to end each night of our stay.Shane was a great host, striking a perfect balance between follow up and space. Would confidently recommend to others.

Our stay at this cabin in the woods was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful everything felt. The cabin itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home—plus a few extra touches that made it feel extra special.Each bedroom having its own bathroom made it so convenient, and the additional half bath was a huge bonus. The space was cozy yet spacious, with plenty of room to relax, unwind, and enjoy the surroundings.If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with the perfect mix of comfort and nature, this is it. Shane had great communicatio, before we arrived he was checking in to make sure we made it safely and checked in with us throughout the stay.We can’t wait to come back!

This property is amazing. Every detail was perfect. It was spotless, had lots of ambiance and many amenities. We stayed for three nights and the owner checked in with us via text to make sure everything was as we needed in to be. We have an EV and the plug for charging was convenient and charged at 32amps. The only thing that was not perfect is we had to leave!

We had the best relaxing weekend! Watching college football and cooking steaks on the grill! We spent hours in the hot tub! The beds are very comfortable we had everything we needed. Shane was accommodating and great to work with. We will definitely be visiting again!

We’ve celebrated Labor Day weekend for the last three years in Hotchatown. This was our favorite cabin to visit. The cabin was clean with most all the amenities that one needs. I especially liked the coffee bar. I’m kind of an early morning person. We cooked steaks on the provided grill and we had plenty of room in the spacious kitchen, to prepare all the sides. Shane. “ the host” was extremely helpful. With tips before we arrived and text messages just to make sure all was well. The location was awesome and I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for an awesome home away from home. Thank you,Shane! We’ll book again.

Our little family of three has been visiting Hochatown for 13 years. We always choose a different cabin each time - just part of the fun and adventure. Chasing Rumors is one of the few we would return to again and again. It surpassed our expectations and truly lives up to the “luxury” description . It was perfect for our family - plenty of room to spread out but also so many great indoor and outdoor spaces to connect.

Perfect cabin” chasing Rumors” , perfect spot, pictures do no justice because it’s stunning!! Quiet, peaceful, beautiful. Hot tub, sauna, view, fireplace, soaker tub, all of it is great!! Games for family, several TV’s inside & out & the perfect place to sit with family over a fire making s’mores. Beautifully designed & worth visiting again. We will be back!!

We had a great time at Chasing Rumors! The cabin was as advertised and very clean. High end bedding and towels and great quiet location. The owner was very attentive and checked on us throughout. We would definitely return!

The inside was cozy and had every amenity to make it cozy and relaxing. The property manager/owner was seriously a dream to work with. Very accommodating and communication was 10/10! The actual cabin was exactly as pictured- beautifully decorated and the space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a baby just beginning to walk. The great room furniture layout provided great seating for gathering, watching movies and playing games. It also allowed our granddaughter lots of play space for crawling and walking. The back outdoor space was wonderful! We used the hot tub and the couch in front of the outdoor fireplace made for a cozy reading place. We also used the fire pit area. The way the cabin is situated on the lot gives a wooded, secluded feeling that is very enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again! I will say if you’re preparing a big holiday meal, take hour own containers for leftovers.

House was beyond amazing. Shuffle board, inside and outside televisions, dry sauna and hot tub. Lots of windows to see the beautiful ravine it sits on. This place even had all kinds of spices provided and the attention to detail I’ve never seen. Inside and outside fireplaces, the list goes on. We had a small issue with outside fireplace and within no time, had a guy show up to light the pilot for us. They had yet to Light the pilot to outdoor fireplace from the summer. Incredible place, incredible service. We will be back to rent this same beautiful house.

This was our second time to stay at Chasing Rumors, and it did not disappoint. It is a perfect place for a couple looking for a romantic, private, and quite place to get away (though there are two master bedrooms, so it is perfect for two couples as well!). It is exceptionally clean and has a beautiful/spacious kitchen with everything you need. I highly recommend this place. It is breathtaking.

Such a nice way to enjoy your coffee. Watching the deer off of the deck. Just a nice and relaxing way to spend a weekend.

The Chasing Rumor VRBO was perfect for our get away with friends for a 60th birthday celebration. Very well appointed and everything that you need for a great stay. Shane was an excellent communicator and gave great advice on local restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our time away. The house was located near everything. The house truly made the stay. It was lovely as pictured. I normally rent homes in Florida and they are not nearly as nice and as stocked to meet all of your needs, as Chasing Rumors is. I did some cooking and every thing I needed was in the kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub which was super clean and family time competing on the shuffle board table. Shane was wonderful; checking on us and seeing if we had all that we needed. We encountered no issues but I know if we had, Shane would have it handled immediately. This was the best rental that I have experienced and we look forward to a return visit. Sarah and Family

Property was very nice with extra amenities like shuffleboard and dry sauna which added extra appeal. Cabin is perfect for two couples with plenty of room. Owner was very responsive to our requests. We enjoyed our weekend stay and would highly recommend.

This stay was incredible. Exactly what you should look for when trying to get away to a space with plenty of nature and comforting amenities. Inside was immaculate and and designed with high quality furniture. The bed felt like you were sleeping on a cloud and the robes felt like being hugged by a cloud. This place had all the amenities you’d expect at a 5 star spa resort, large soaker tub, large rainfall shower with great pressure, amazing indoor sauna, and a hot tub. All of these amenities worked flawlessly and were in pristine condition. What really took it over the top was the views….the pictures online don’t do it justice, it’s breathtaking not only when you first walk-in but also during sunrise/sunset. We enjoyed some coffee on the back patio and just soaked in the beauty of the trees and birds and the sounds of nature. (FYI..The coffee bar has options for coffee and tea) When we weren’t doing outdoor activities we spent time challenging each other at the shuffleboard table or playing board game. We made smores by the fire pit, that were provided to us in the welcome basket along with other goodies and a bottle of wine. Host was awesome, kind, and very responsive. Shane checked in multiple times prior to arrival and upon arrival to make sure we got to the cabin safely. Throughout our stay he would periodically check in and ask if we needed anything. We are definitely planning to come back one day, maybe in the fall to enjoy this beautiful space.

We spent three nights at this amazing “cabin”…really a well designed home! It is located on a quiet dead end street backing up to a wooded area. We enjoyed making meals in the well organized kitchen and eating on the large outsize deck area…no bugs! Excellent communication from the owner, easy access to the home. Highly recommend!!!
