Perfect Cabin for Fisherman and Families

Beautiful cabin! Easy check in and out, very well-maintained, thoughtfully stocked with some essentials. Located in the rolling hills but surprising close to town. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

To start, I had to reach out to the host for check-in details as I didn’t receive them up to 24 hours before. Once there, I was surprised to find the cabin was so close to the host. This wasn’t a bad thing, but it would have been nice to know. The first night was spent listening to a child yell loudly outside. My partner and I had traveled almost two hours after working all day, and we couldn’t get a quiet moment until late. The property is supposed to have a deck on the back. To my surprise, the door was blocked off and the deck was under construction. This also would have been nice to know. Part of the deck was accessible if you walked around the back of the property though. I was looking forward to sitting outside and enjoying the fall weather, but I didn’t feel comfortable only being able to stare at the host’s house while they were also outside looking at the cabin. Overall, the cabin was nice and clean. The bed was so comfy but a tad big for the room as I had to crawl across the bed to get actually get in. I couldn’t fit between the bed and the wall as there was less than 10 inches of space, and I’m a little thicker.

The cabin was cozy. There was plenty of things in the kitchen, extra coffee, paper towels, toiletpaper, etc.. I'm glad that I brought an extra blanket for the pull out bed in the living room. Many flies, need better fly-swatter. My socks are really dirty from the floors. I forgot to bring my slippers. Great host!

Really liked the cabin! The bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies. It’s close to good hiking areas. The hosts were responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

It was very clean and in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to get away from the city and work stress and this was a great place to do so.

This Cabin in the woods is a beautiful incredibly clean spot! I would definitely recommend this for a family weekend or vacation.

Upon arrival, cabin appeared clean and as described. It’s close to a boat ramp and a little bit farther from south ramp. One pest issue we let the owner know about. There is a nice outdoor area but it could use cleaning and a good wash. We appreciated the extra cot and pack n play for kids. Overall it worked but could use some pest control and deep cleaning.

Great Cabin close the the lake and not far from grocery store very clean and everything we needed was provided and everything worked would definitely stay again

Newer cabin with all the amenities you will need for a relaxing get away~

This cabin is very nice. This was perfect for two couples as the bedrooms are on opposite ends on the cabin. Spacious living quarters, wonderfully stocked kitchen. We had all we needed to cook and eat meals there. A few things I really loved! A variety of board games were provided. Really nice glider rockers on the front porch to enjoy a book and coffee. We spent most of our time in the backyard, which was overlooking a nice wooded area and private. We brought our bags game, so we played, listened to music, had a fire in the fire pit each night. We were really able to relax and enjoy our time. We were there for golfing, and were right in the middle of Jasper and English where the courses were located. We will definitely use this cabin again, and have already recommended it to others!

Cabin is cute, clean and comfortable. It was well stocked and well cared for. There is another cabin close by but the back deck and fire pit face the woods for privacy. There are towns nearby if you need anything. French Lick is a short drive away. NiNicelittlcabin.cabingetaway.

Cabin in the woods was very nice, private, peaceful and relaxing. Was closely located to boating ramps. Separate climate control in each room was a nice feature. We did enjoy the fire pit which was very nice. Front and back porch/deck and outdoor furniture could use a bit of a clean up. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at the cabin for two days. The cabin was spacious, well stocked & clean & convenient to lots of things but not smack dab on top of anyone. The host was prompt w/any questions & very helpful w/area suggestions. We will definitely stay there again!

Nice quiet cabin close to the lake. Climate control in all rooms. Kitchen has most things you would need. We enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was great. Easy to find close to what we wanted to do. Very clean. Only thing I might suggest is some slip pads in the shower. Would definitely stay again

Loved it , the cabin was perfectly set between the lake and French lick. It was a nice spot the Internet worked good for tv shows. And they had a bunch of board games. Grill was nice. Didn't get to use the fire pit but it looked good.
