Stayed Jul 7, 2024Cabin was as listed on the site; had a bit of difficulty with the key code access but was able to get resolved with quick responses and communication with the host. Kids loved it - even though I expected them to like the zip line and slide most they really enjoyed the swinging chairs and creating a fort on the bunk beds.

Stayed Jul 3, 2023Our family loved our stay at this cabin! We enjoyed playing games, watching movies, and getting in the hot tub! My boys and my princess loved going down the slide and enjoying the zip line! We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 4, 2023We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful cabin and it just wasn't enough. We will definitely be back! The cabin is so nicely decorated, and exactly how I would want my own retreat in the woods to look. The hosts provided all the information we needed before check-in, and were extremely responsive when questions arose. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed, including extra blankets and lots of activities for the kids. We loved sitting on the swings in the porch to read and enjoying coffee in the morning, or a refreshing beverage in the evening. This cabin was perfect for our family of five! The cabin also sits in a perfect location about equidistant from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was easy to get to town, restaurants, and grab food and supplies from grocery stores in both locations. Thank you, Treehouse Overlook, for an amazing Smoky Mountains getaway! We can't wait to see you again!

Stayed Apr 30, 2023My family of 5 loved this cabin! Yes, we would stay again! :-) Pros: - Zipline & slide! - Working hot tub( so relaxing!!!) - Beautiful view - Loved the labeling of kitchen items & light switches!! - Arcade game, Legos, Fusball table - Wifi - Fully stocked kitchen - They provided everything needed from bar soap, laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher tabs, coupon books, broom, vaccum) Cons: - upstairs bed loudly creaks when sleeping on it - sun shines brightly through windows in upstairs bedroom - faucets have a rotten egg smell when turned on - driveway is a little difficult **Definitely would stay again**

Stayed Jul 15, 2022Cons: 1. Cleanliness: House was not clean upon arrival. We had to purchase cleaning supplies and mop/ disinfect the house. 2. Couch is stained and needs cleaning. We had to cover the couch with blankets so we could sit on it. 3. All the hand soap was watered down to a consistency of Kool-Aid. 4. Kids complained of no Smart TVs in the house to watch Netflix/ Disney/ etc. Areas that need attention: 1. Alot of light bulbs need replaced. 2. The bed room blinds are broken- providing no privacy or light barrier from 6 am sunrise. 3. The Hot Tub does not heat. 4. Sliding glass door does not lock. 5. Upstairs Bathroom sink does not drain. 6. Refrigerator does not have a working water dispenser nor ice maker. No ice cube trays on site. ( To be fair, the property manager was informed of some of the initial issues upon arrival and offered to send his team on site to correct them. We chose to decline his assistance and address what we could.) Pros: 1. Kitchen was well stocked. 2. Plenty of outside entertainment for the entire family. Great deck and views with plenty of seating. 3. Great Grill 4. Within a 15 to 20 minute drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions 5. The upstairs loft was great for the kids. 6. Great internet/ wifi Summary: While we made the best out of our stay, we would not return to this cabin. This property has tremendous potential but there were to many issues that should not have been overlooked. We have stayed in multiple VRBO properties and never had this experience.

Stayed May 27, 2022Our stay at the cabin was great! The treehouse was neat and the zipline was the best part for the kids. They never got tired of it. The location is great and secluded yet still only 15-20 minutes to get to most stuff in pigeon forge. We saw a mama bear and 3 cubs crossing the street in front of the cabin while we were out with the kids on the zipline and porch. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jun 18, 2021They were very responsive, helped when needed. It was clean very well kept when we arrived. It was secluded enough to feel as if you were alone on the mountain but just close enough to everything. Overall great experience! I would definitely return!

Stayed Aug 7, 2021Perfect place for my family of five. We had more than enough space. Cabin was clean and offered a lot of activities to keep you occupied. Everything was furnished. Cabin had plenty of privacy and the hot tub was nice for relaxing. The tree house offered even more activities and even offered a sofa that someone could sleep on. Owners were very exceptional with communication and was very informative even prior to arrival. They also checked in to ensure we had everything we needed! 10/10 recommend!
