Conveniently located, this home is situated at the start of the Texas Wine Trail and the heart of the Hill country, with more than 50 wineries within 30 minutes of driving. With nine acres just for yourself, hikes are highly recommended. Discover the beauty of mature oak trees, and appreciate the hills in the back of the property, where watching the sunset is a must. There are several spots throughout the place for outdoor entertainment and relaxing. Enjoy the company of white-tail deer, which can be seen regularly. (No hunting is allowed on the property.)
Also, you’ll find Blanco State Park, The Exotic Resort Zoo, and Pedernales Falls State Park all within a twenty-mile radius. Spend a day swimming, fishing along the Blanco River, interacting with exotic animals, and hiking amidst picturesque waterfalls.
Step into this cozy abode and be greeted by high ceilings and a comfortable living area bursting with charming, rustic decor that beautifully blends the natural elements of the area. You’ll discover an equally welcoming interior, an inviting bed, and a bright bathroom (complete with a stock tank shower!) for additional privacy and comfort. There’s even a kitchenette that hosts a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. After a fun day of adventure, gather everyone on the spacious front patio to grill, share laughs, and reminisce on a wonderful day as the sun sets the landscape aglow.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

There are full 2 bathrooms (one in main house and one in cabin).
Maximum occupancy is four adults and two children. No more than four adults may be present.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
