Overall the Paradise Palace was great we really enjoyed our stay. There were some minor issues like the 3rd floor shower leaking in the second floor bathroom over the toilet, the downstairs Jack and Jill bathroom had a broken toilet seat and shower door and the small sink in the kitchen was slow draining.

Space and cleanliness were great. Amenities were lacking. Hot tubs not clean and not working well and were not filled with water. Air Hockey table had no pucks, no instructions for media area..Some of the TVS would not turn on. We still enjoyed seeing bears up close and the space was perfect size.

The family and I were definitely due for a getaway, and we couldn’t have not found a better place to be… the cabin was clean, and just about the best view of the Appalachian mountains in town! Check in was easy, and the cabin was absolutely beautiful. Definitely will be returning next year. And would definitely recommend this place if you need a couple of days of relaxation, or 10!

This property is perfect for a large group -- we had 16 people age 65 down to 2, and everyone enjoyed it. There were a couple of issues that occurred during the visit (smoke detector needed battery changed, AC acted up) which were immediately taken care of.

The cabin had plenty of room for a family of 16. Bears everyday at the cabin, including momma and 3 cubs. Couple of the beds had dirty sheets, one hot tub did not work, air hockey could of used more air on the table, and not really enough room to play pool. They did bring clean sheets the same day. Internet was slow and always buffering. With that said. The cabin was beautiful and we were able to have alot of family meals together. The view was gorgeous. The cabin just needs a little TLC.

Our overall experience was amazing but little things were off. For example only one hot tub worked properly, the bedroom layout was completely different from the layout we picked, one of the refrigerators was out, no TV remotes worked in the cabin, with that being said we still had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay!

4 day trip with 11 adults from Ohio. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Large dining area had ample room. Large Kitchen was great to cook for all of us. 2 fridges was a necessity we didn’t know we needed. Momma bear and 3 cubs would entertain us below the back decks almost every morning. And on that note, I must add that it was almost depressing to see this beautiful momma bear just sit right below us staring up at us waiting for us to drop food to her. She wasn’t scared of us, and had no issues just sitting there staring up at us for quite some time. Please people, DO NOT FEED THE BEARS!!!!! Alright so here’s the issues we had with the cabin. One of the hot tubs didn’t work, and next to the hot tub was the disconnect box opened up with exposed contact points, a child could have easily stuck their fingers in there and gotten severely hurt. There is no wifi, which is stated in the listing, but easy to overlook, so be aware. Multiple bathrooms had sliding glass shower doors that were off their tracks, one of which fell into the tub on one of our guests while they were showering. The bunk beds were not sturdy at all. Theater room is basically useless the way it’s set up. Air hockey has no air pressure and the pucks look like they’ve been eaten by dogs. The game room is tight if you’re trying to play pool. House seemed clean for the most part but there was a lot of trash behind the cabin. DO NOT FEED THE BEARS!! PICKUP YOUR TRASH!! Overall the property was Okay.

The property was beautiful and amenities were great. Of course, we did lots of hiking and doing many activities. We did have an uninvited guest on our first night- a black bear who just made himself at home on our deck!!! The kids, were excited and the bear did eventually leave. All-in-all, I would definitely revisit in the future. Ir was a great place for a family vacation!!!

The cabin was ok but it would have been awesome if the theater worked, hot tubs were filled, and proper maintenance and cleaning would have been done prior to our arrival.

We rented this space for our group that attended Winterfest in downtown Gatlinburg. It was close enough to town yet far enough away to appreciate the beauty of the Smokies. We had plenty of space for our group to eat and our cabin parents were pleased with the size and function of the kitchen. You should definitely check this place out.
