We loved the house on Spruce St. It was beautifully decorated and well set up for our visit. It is a peaceful neighborhood, yet close to town. Management was responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this house.

This is a lovely home, a perfect retreat for two couples. It has two bedroom suites with attached baths. It is beautifully furnished and well maintained. Although it has a lovely patio area, it is not as well-maintained as the inside of the home. It is close to downtown. We will stay here again. We highly recommend it

The most lovely of homes, great ambiance. We lived in the courtyard. The architecture was beautiful.

Beautiful Southwest architecture, lovely tile floors, spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds. We also loved having morning coffee on the patio, surrounded by native flowers. Pictures were accurate, and the location was ideal--it was a quiet street, but we could have walked to the plaza. Temperatures were in the 80s and 90s the week we were there, and I'd think twice about booking here again in hot weather. Most Taos houses will cool down at night with all windows open (nights were 47-50 degrees), but this house never cooled down. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room helped a bit. We would highly recommend in any other season!

From the moment, my friend and I arrived, we were delighted by the beauty of this home. We had a dinner party and some friends came and we sat in the backyard by the garden and it’s just a lovely home with a beautiful vibe. It looks like the pictures and the description is very accurate. Walking to town it’s only about half a mile and it takes 15 to 20 minutes and you’re at the museums, perfect prime location near restaurants, grocery stores and nature on a dead end street. You can’t go wrong. But it if it’s available, it’s a beautiful sweet spot.

Spacious, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the Plaza. If anything, the photos didn't do it justice. The decor is understated and timeless, and the yard, including a large patio, is extensive. We so enjoyed our coffee time on the patio every morning. My only criticism is that the combo to enter the front door is unnecessarily long. 10 digits, really? Didn't get it memorized until the last day. Even then, it was often tricky and took several tries.But we would stay there again in a flash.

Would rent again in a heartbeat or even buy. Perfect for four adults. Housekeeping was superb. Walking distance to historic downtown. True Mexican adobe style including neighboring homes. Exterior design and landscaping are perfect. Entire property is fenced and pet friendly. Interior spacious and well laid out. Great bathrooms and bedrooms. Comfortable furniture. Kitchen clean and well supplied. All in all a great rental.

We spent a month in Taos and this home was perfect for us! It’s within walking distance of so much, and we took advantage of that. We took our dog out every day to the Kit Carson park, and went to the plaza regularly. Be sure to visit Chokula for a pup cup of whip cream ?! We would definitely stay here again.

House was beautiful, quiet, comfortable. Close to town. Two couples, one with a 1,5 year old - set up of the master was perfect - lots of space for pack n play set up.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious home, set in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance of the town. If you plan to cook you will need to supply your own herbs, spices etc. since the kitchen only has the basics. The bathrooms are well appointed with ample supplies of towels and toiletries.

We loved the house. It was perfect for two couples, a baby, and a dog. Great location, within an easy walk of Taos Plaza and many of our favorite restaurants.

The property was everything we had hoped it would be. Clean, very nice quality, good beds and linens, nice kitchen and a wonderful private backyard.

This house is fantastic and peaceful. The location is great.

My sisters thought the place was wonderful, and they are very particular. When I come to Taos again, I want to rent 311 Spruce. Loved having coffee for us. Also good shampoo and soap. Only problem was the squeeky queen-size bed. I toss and turn and the bed made noise whenever I did. The beds, however, were all omfortable.

We completely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Especially appreciated the patio and garden and private feel of the property.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Loved being able to walk to the plaza. I also walked around the neighborhood every morning and evening with our toddler, and the neighbors were very friendly. It was a great place to stay with a toddler - simple and child-safe! I'd love to spend more time in Taos and I'll definitely look for this listing again!

The home is just beautiful. We loved everything about the house: location near Taos Plaza, spacious rooms, outdoor space fantastic. Mornings and evenings were so enjoyable here. Would definitely stay again.
