We loved our stay at the house. Loved the amenities, the layout and close access to Hochatown. Nick was super responsive with any questions I had. Definitely would stay here again for my next Broke Bow trip!

Cabin was great! Location was quite and good spot.

Family of 6 stayed here 4 nights over Thanksgiving. Check in and check out very easy. The power went out for a few hours, and host was very responsive with good communication.The home is on a very busy road, but set back a little. Home overall well equipped. Comfortable beds, complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Even had s’more provisions!One downside was there are no window blinds on the front family room. The afternoon sun was so hot, and at night you feel like you are in a fishbowl since anyone going by can see you. No privacy. Was a little crowded in the family room as it isn’t very large, and not a lot of comfortable seating for 6 people. Hope all that helps with your decision making!

It was private. The people in the house to the east had a band but it didn’t bother us. House was nice and comfortable. Could use a skillet that didn’t stick. Every thing else was great!

The location is perfect—right by the lake with beautiful views, and just a short drive to great restaurants and local attractions. Nicholas Courniotes was our point of contact and was both accessible and courteous, making the experience even smoother. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this cabin is ideal. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Went for a quick family trip to Broken Bow and had the best time. The cabin was beautiful. Had everything we needed…even for smores!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone. What made this property so unique was every bedroom had an on-suite bathroom and it had 3 decks. It was furnished with everything you would want for your stay! My family and I will definately stay here again. Very inviting and felt like home away from home!!!

A group of friends wanted to spend the weekend at broken bow. This cabin was nice and the host responded in a timely manner. We would go back.

The property is just as advertised. Highly accessible to Hochatown/Broken Bow attractions. Everything was clean and ready for is. Highly recommend. We would stay again!

Just stayed here with my family for a short Spring Break getaway (2 adults, 2 kids, 2 little dogs) it was perfect for what we needed. The owner communications were timely and we had all the information we needed. Great location, close to everything, and it was quiet and peaceful. The house was very clean and everything we used was in good working order. The living room and the big windows allowed us to watch the sunrise right from the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, no notes! Will stay here again if we have the chance :)

The COMMUNICATION was awesome and very quick to respond to any concerns. The home was well maintained and clean. My only concern was the amount of dog feces my family and I picked up upon arrival. I will not knock the property because it is possible another visitor from another property could have allowed their pet to relieve itself on the properties yard. I appreciate the property mgr allowing my family to bring our pets. It is becoming harder to secure a property due to others neglect and laziness when it comes to their pets. In conclusion, I would stay again and I appreciate the trust the property mgr provided use to bring our pets. This is a great property and has a friendly floor plan if you are able to utilize stairs. Also it is in the middle of all the attractions.

We spent the weekend celebrating my friends 40th Birthday along with 2 other couples. Our stay was fantastic and we would definitely go again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with our kids at this property. The cabin is very cozy and has stunning views of the forest. Cabin was very clean. Really appreciate the plentiful firewood and fire starters that were supplied. Hosts communicate very well and everything was as advertised. Would love to stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family; three adult couples and dogs. Clean, well maintained and the amenities were available as described. Our hosts provided the s’mores which was a nice touch. Location was great and the paved roads provided great access for any type of vehicle. Nick was responsive to all inquires and we had a great trip!

We stayed with our 2 adult children, their spouses and our 1 year old grandchild. We could not have chosen a better cabin. It was a beautiful place. Everyone had their own bathroom in their bedroom and that was very important to us. We were close to town but it was so quiet when we were outside you would have thought we were miles from town. We will definitely rent this cabin again.

Perfect getaway for our family and work event. Loved the open windows and views. The kitchen was stocked with all essentials for making tacos. Firewood for the fire pit was stocked and had a nice touch with providing supplies for marshmallows. Would recommend!

As the title states myself & my wife & our two dogs spent 5 nights at Over the Edge. The home was very clean & well maintained. The new blacktop road to the property made it easy to get to the house in our small sprinter class c motorhome we use to travel with our dogs. There are enough trees between the homes to give a since of privacy but your still just right out of Hochatown. All three suites had king size beds even if we only needed 1. We utilized the upstairs bedroom due to it being on the kitchen & living room. The extra large walk in shower in the upstairs bedroom was very nice. I don’t know what brand of amenities they provided, but they were extremely nice. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. It was approximately a 6 hour drive from our home, so not too far. We WILL be booking it again. Thanks again Nick !!

This cabin was everything we could've asked for, and we loved how pet friendly it was. Great location from the state park and restaurants/breweries too!
