Nice place to spend your days. Would stay again
Overall great place to stay. Had some trouble with the TV at the beginning of our stay. Texted the manager and never heard from him. Figured out the TV so not a big deal.
House is ok the view is fantastic from the Deck + Great location. The house needs some attention starting at the front door, the handle turns both ways but only one way opens, lot of lights led on dimmers need dim able led bulbs as the flicker etc, a few bulbs out, rear porch lights out, kitchen fry pan and others handles loose pretty bad, pepper flakes too big for dispenser, only 1 small flipper and no tongs for cooking and a few more things need some attention. A little work and few dollars this house will be up to average experience with the other 40 or so we have rented. The View was worth the frustration of nagging issues.
House was located in secluded area with beautiful views, from large front porch, was very quiet. Living room impressive, excellent value for 3 br. When booking we ask Evolve, the mgt. co. a couple questions, their reply was you will get that inf. after book before arrival, no help. A few minor issues, The back porch light was out, The BR tv was connecter to LR tv, requiring it to be on channel 60 to get reception, a note would have been helpful, as I only found it the last day. The home only had ref air in LR. WE accidently got off with a kitchen knife, Brock kindly offered to meet my brother in Ridgeway to retrieve it, which he did after a friendly visit. We would stay again if needed 2 or 3 Brs. Odis, from Frisco (Dallas area) who enjoys Ouray and Moab world class jeep trails, and scenic views
Well cleaned and has everything you need (except dishwasher...). Highlight is the view into the mountains/canyon and the amazing deck! House/furniture are old/outdated.
It is a cozy older home, but can't accommodate 6 guests, it has tiny table with 3 dinning chairs only, Need little bit better kitchen amenities too - No dishwasher, chipped bowls and plates. Also need to stock enough toiletries, can't find second roll of toilet paper and paper towel while staying there for 4 nights.
This rental was amazing! The porch offers an incredible view and is a great place to hang out. Only a couple minutes drive from downtown Ouray. We had three people, but even with the full six allowed it would be very spacious. Would definitely stay again!
This was a cozy little house, very comfortable, older home, needs a little better in kitchen amenities ( pots, pans, silverware, etc). Pictures of home are misleading( kudos to photographer)it is in a pretty close neighborhood. Like the area (Ouray) my preference is to be out of close neighborhoods. Perfect if you prefer close neighborhoods! The owner owns the Hot Springs Inn in Ouray, great place very spacious rooms, we came in a day earlier and stayed there the manager and staff were great A+ on Inn and A for home! Thank you to owner and rental companies!
The facilities were very nice. The location was great. The fact that I had to download an app that charged fifty dollars so we could get the address and code to the key box is puzzling. Also, on the statement under owners fees I’m not sure why we were charged twice for cleaning fees. Overall we did enjoy our stay.
Quiet 3-bedroom with deck great for hanging out at the beginning or end of the day. No complaints.
