Ouachita River Cabin: Royal Haven w/ Dock!

I loved the quietness, nature feeling. Not a bad drive into town. The river water was cold but still relaxing.

Wife and daughter took a trip to go to Crater of diamonds and other attractions in the general area. This was kinda in the middle and not a bad drive to the crater at just over an hour. Being in close proximity to Hot Springs, AR was nice. Cabin was nice with comfy beds and great to relax in. The dock was nice to be out by the water and lovely view. Bathroom is a little small but worked. Would recommend as a place to stay.

Lovely stay on the water!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs! The cabin was very well stocked with all the essentials and crazy amount of towels and rags!!! The fire pit had an amazing view overhead, the picnic table had an amazing view of the lake, and the hike down to the boat dock was always a blast with the dogs! The furniture and cabinets were stunning, the shower was amazing and always hot, the beds and blankets were all cozy! The owners were very friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed, which everything was already taken care of by them. Overall we will be back and absolutely enjoyed our stay here!

A fraternity brother who I had not seen in 51 years recently reconnected. This was a great opportunity to catch up on almost half a century of life and do some picking too! The cabin was perfectly equipped, clean and comfortable. Thanks for everything!

The cabin was great and perfect for my husband, me and are dog. It was like a home away from home! We were able to enjoy home cooked meals and really loved the video library! The rocks in the parking space and backyard were rough on our dogs paws but other than that, everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our time here. It’s mostly secluded, and described exactly as is. We enjoyed the games they had although many are missing pieces, but understandably so with so many people in and out. The washer/dryer is a blessing to go home with all clean clothes instead of a pile of dirty laundry! We enjoyed the kayaks as well. Great for just a relaxing getaway.

Overall we were very satisfied with our weeklong stay. Everything was as it appears in the listing. The property would get 5 stars if the fishing/kayak access were a little easier to get to. This is no fault of the owner/property management. Just know that if you have little ones or older ones with you, your trips up and down will be challenging/limited. Other than that, well worth the stay.

We loved our cabin stay and the property. The kids were super excited about staying in the woods and close proximity to waffles (them) and coffee (us). The water levels were high due to flooding and we found a safe place to stay with all the comforts of home.

Our kids had spring break so we traveled to be near the crystal mines in Mt Ida and Hot Springs. Perfect location near both. Beautiful cabin. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and extras, like toiletries and coffee.

Aside from being a nice cabin to stay in, the location was perfect. Not too far from all of the nature and hot springs someone would need!

The unit was just as descibed. Would love to come back in the summer.

My husband and I were looking for a place to get away that was dog friendly. We enjoyed the kayaks, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. We only used downstairs, but hope to come back with our kids.

It was just the relaxing getaway that my family needed! It had everything we needed and then some! My kids loved exploring outside and finding crystals. We will be back! Thank you!

It was pleasant. The bathroom was way too small. Had to step into kitchen to change or dry off. Other than that it was nice

Our stay at this property was wonderful. Beautiful cabin in the woods. It was located very centrally to what we wanted to do. Cabin was very clean & was well stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed! If your looking for a nice place to stay, this is it! Would highly recommend. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful vacation!

My family of four wanted a quick weekend getaway, and this spot was great. The cabin was the best stocked rental I’ve ever visited. The bathroom is quite small, but since we were out and about a lot it didn’t bother us. Would stay here again.

Was a very nice place to stay at,you can get what you need like 14 minutes away,i would stay there again,only shortfall one bathroom that was small. Rest was great!

The house was great and the fishing was to and the kayaks my kids loved the most.

Had an absolute amazing time! We never take vacations and let me tell you this was top notch the best! Didn’t want to leave it definitely was amazing and sure miss the bed! It was so comfortable!
