This spacious cabin was perfect for our group. It was very clean. With such a large group, we do cook a lot of meals at the cabin. There was plenty of cookware, dishes and glasses to accommodate our needs. As stated in the description, we had enough supplies to start, but with staying 8 days, we needed to replenish toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. We were thrilled to experience daily bear sightings, even a momma with 3 cubs climbing a tree nearby. Very facscinating. We made sure we didn't leave any food items out and cleaned the grill quickly after using it.We took advantage of the pool pass. The pool we chose was just a short drive away. It had 3 pools with lovely scenery surrounding. The hot tub was a nice bonus. It was very clean and relaxing. Even though there are cabins nearby, it was very peaceful to hang out on the decks, of course, keeping an eye out for bears.Whenever we had questions, it was very easy to text and get a hold of the host. They responded very quickly and gave us helpful suggestions to make our stay a great experience. Our experience at this cabin made our vacation a memorable one.

This was our first trip to Tennessee and we weren’t sure what to expect but the house and location really helped to make it special. The house was great, we were a group of 11- all ages, plenty of room. The bears visited us multiple times a day, every day and were really fun to watch! We watched them climb up on the porch and tree. Lock your car doors because we watched them get into several of the neighbors cars. One even made off with a cooler!

We had wonderful weather during our stay. The cabin is a short hop to the state park which we enjoyed. There were bears every day but if you made noise they ran away. Grilled a bunch and enjoyed the campfire at night. Would do it all over again!

Few suggestions: blinds or curtains are needed in rhe main family room. With the morning sun rising its tough in that room and heats up fast. Comfortable beds. Very small Kitchen. Not sure why you have to put up your dishes when you pay a 250 cleaning fee. Most places you just start the dishwasher. Not very pet friendly for pottying. Small little grassy area. Welcome package was a nice touch. One video game was broken but they offered to send someone to fix it. If you small children you might want to bring something to block the stairs, 2 sets. Hot tub was clean and nice. Overall a nice cabin. kitchen.

This property is a good value. Plenty of room for a large group and most of the amenities you will need. There were a lot of lights that did not work and some issues with the televisions but overall we enjoyed our stay and the property management was very kind and helpful. Just be prepared for the bears here. Keep your doors locked. They will put small scratches on your vehicles. If you leave it unlocked they will get inside. This is our second stay at this property and bears were bad both times - Enjoy!

The cabin was very nice. The sink in master leaked. We had alot of problems with the bears. We were unloading our truck and a bear came and opened the truck and got in. We also had a momma bear and cub come on the deck and got into our cooler. The experience was nice . We did sit by the fire but did in the afternoon because of the bears. Other then that great place to stay.

Overall nice, well kept, with plenty of things to do. Other than the fire pit, there is no flat ground anywhere near. Outdoor activities mostly required going elsewhere. The grandchildren loved the game room. The directions to get there a little too exciting. We found a different way that was much more friendly.
