This place was super cute and and clean! Perfect little spot for weekend getaway at the coast, close to everything
Very comfortable
It was a cute and clean place parking is not good for trucks at all super tiny parking. Carpet was worn out where the carpet and hard floor meets tack strip cut my foot open. The fridge was not leveled had to adjust the leveling screws on the bottom of the fridge so I could open the door. The bed is super hard and not comfortable, the sink was clogged and had to have that fixed but other than that it was great super clean and close to the shops and sea wall within walking distance. Great time thanks Vacasa.
Loved our stay at this cozy little spot. It was within walking distance to all things in Depoe Bay and made for a great place to post up for a couple nights to explore the region (Newport, Lincoln City, etc.) Felt more like a suite at a hotel, so don't bring cooking supplies as there is just a mini-fridge and microwave. Only downside is was it was the time of year where it was actually hot in the area and the only window that opened was in the bedroom. So it was a bit stuffy the first night, but did have a box fan that made it cool off well enough. I've seen other reviews complain about parking, its not bad as what I've seen complained but the parking is tight so be prepared if driving large vehicle. If skilled enough to back into area, leaving is a breeze.
WE HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE BUT NOW THE FURNISHING ARE OLD WITH GROUND IN FILTH. PLACE LOOKED OK, BUT ANYTHING WITH FABRIC WAS GROSS. WE HAD A DOG AND BROUGHT HIM EVERYWHERE. PEOPLE IN THE YELLOW CABIN HAD A DOG AND LEFT IT IN THE ROOM ALL DAY. WE WERE IN AND OUT AND THAT POOR DOG SPENT 10 HOURS IN THERE BARKING AND CRYING.
This little beach cabin was perfect for my 13 year old daughter and me. Just a few steps from the main street with shopping and restaurants and you can see the ocean from the front porch. We stayed in mid-July so my only complaint might be the lack of A/C, but if the owner would be willing to add a standing fan, that would definitely suffice. Overall, an amazing stay in a lovely costal town.
There were many positive aspects about the visit...We enjoyed being able to bring our dogs with us and easily being able to get around town walking and not needing to drive everywhere. In the advertisement it stated that there was an ocean view... You could see a tiny piece of the ocean in a distance but could not find beach access as stated in the ad. Was a cute, quaint little cabin/apt, with basic features. There was an electric grill available but no sparula or bbq utensils to cook with. The other thing to improve would be that the tv was very small this leaving a large amount of cords in open view above the fireplace causing an eye sore. Had a nice little patio to sit out on the porch. Was not able to reach anyone quickly when wanting to ask a question, would be nice to be able to text a manager when needed, and would seem to be a reasonable price until all the additional fees are added, which honestly was too high with considering the previously stated issues. Also, The driveway was difficult to park in as it was very small and cramped.
My granddaughter and I stayed here for 4 nights with my large dog. It was a bit crowded, but lovely. Everything was clean and nice. My only complaint is that the parking is very tight. A truck or other long vehicle would not have fit. Street parking would be a long steep walk with luggage.
Very cute, clean property right of HWY 101 in Depoe Bay. Short walks to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Wale watching literally across the street! No coffee maker or laundry access despite the pictures in the listing showing them.
Great place. Went in the end of September. Question how hot it would be during the summer months because they do not have air conditioning. Biggest problem no COFFEE MAKER.
Ruined our anniversary stay and after a 5 hour drive we’re disgusted by the filth, smells and broken fridge plus a lousy coffee maker HORRIBLE!
