Stayed Feb 14, 2026House was good, would be nice if a few updates were done. Downstairs room and upstairs room seemed to stay colder than others. More lighting throughout the house and out by the hot tub would be helpful as well. We enjoyed our time away.

Stayed Nov 28, 2025We LOVED our stay. The location was perfect. The host takes care of the 'hard parts' like wood. The hot tub is PERFECT. The rooms were cozy and exactly what we wanted. The rooms were perfectly prepared and clean. The kitchen was perfect for our family. The check in instructions were extremely helpful for finding the location.

Stayed Aug 12, 2025Comfortable and affordable stay in Sunriver. Host was very quick to respond when I asked if it was possible to check in early after arriving before the designated time. There is a window a/c unit in the upstairs bunk room which was helpful. The house did get pretty warm as it's not very shaded, but did cool off sufficiently during the night.It's my own fault for not noticing on the listing, but I do wish the unit had bikes available. I have never stayed at a Sunriver house that DIDN'T have a bunch of bikes available for use, so I took for granted that that was going to be the case here.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025My family and I loved this cabin. It's nice and cozy, has a great layout, and it's very convenient to the SHARC and nature center. We had everything we needed and the owner was very helpful and quick to respond. The kitchen is a little small but not a problem, but as a plus it looks out onto the dining table and living room. Bathrooms looked new! My kids liked the upstairs bunk/loft areas. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We were a group of 4 adults and 6 children, and we found this place to work well for us overall. Close to SHARC, right off the bike path. Enough room to hang in the family room for board games, and just hang out. Kitchen is well-equipped with tools, etc, but it is a pretty tight space overall, and is a reason we would likely look for a different property next time we come to Sunriver with a bigger group. There was a hiccup with some of the SHARC passes (previous renter accidentally took a few home with them and had to ship them back), but the owner Laurie was as helpful as she could be given the situation, and I appreciated her clear communication!

Stayed Aug 16, 2024My family had a great time at this cabin for a short weekend getaway! My three teens loved how close it is to SHARC and the dog enjoyed watching all the passersby on the path right out back. Enjoying my morning tea in the hot tub was so relaxing!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We love staying at 11 Landrise. It is very comfortable and has everything we need. Quiet neightborhood. Love that the Sharc passes come with the rental. The beds are very comfortable! The hot tub is clean and well-kept and used it even in the summer during the cool mornings. One thing that can be fixed is the toaster-it's broken on one side, but you can still use the other. There is also definitely a sugar ant problem in the kitchen. We had to fight them all week on the counters and floor. Everything else was great! We'll be back!
