Surrounded by towering trees and panoramic Blue Ridge Mountain vistas, this private retreat was designed for guests looking to slow down, reconnect, and experience the beauty of the mountains without sacrificing comfort.
Whether you are soaking in the hot tub beneath the stars, enjoying coffee on the deck at sunrise, or relaxing by the fireplace after a day exploring North Georgia, this is the kind of getaway that stays with you long after you leave.

*** Please Note About the Drive Up the Mountain:
The final 3 miles to the cabin are a scenic mountain gravel road with a few steep and bumpy sections that add to the adventure and privacy of the retreat. Most guests have no issues with the drive and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting it provides. AWD/4WD is recommended during heavy rain, snow, or after dark. A detailed turn-by-turn navigation guide will be provided to help make arrival smooth and stress-free.

*** Pets
Dogs are welcome at A Rustic Hideout!Up to two small dogs are allowed, and I am happy to consider larger dogs upon request. A pet fee applies. To help keep the cabin comfortable for all guests, I kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture.

*** What’s Provided
The cabin is thoughtfully stocked to help you settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.
You will find:

* Fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances
* Keurig and traditional coffee makers
* Cookware, dishes, utensils, and grilling essentials
* Linens, towels, soaps, and a starter supply of paper goods
* Washer & dryer
* Central heat and air conditioning

* Two propane grills

For longer stays or specialty items, I recommend picking up groceries, firewood, and personal essentials in Ellijay before heading up the mountain.

*** Mountain Road Access
Part of the charm of staying in the North Georgia mountains is the scenic drive leading to the cabin.
The final few miles are a winding gravel mountain road with elevation changes, curves, and a few bumpy sections typical of the area. Most guests navigate it comfortably by taking their time and using low gear when needed. AWD/4WD is recommended during periods of heavy rain, snow, or nighttime arrival.
