I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place to unwind and spend time together during Christmas. The location can't be beat and is so close to restaurants and activities in town. The house is cozy with plenty of space in the main living/kitchen area to gather and play games. The bedrooms are huge and the extra twin beds were so nice for the kids. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family has stayed at this cabin multiple times over the last few years. Location is great. Has privacy and is perfect size for us. But it is showing its age and road to it is terrible. Chairs at island worn. (3 stars) Dishwasher needs heating element replaced. Outside dining chairs need replaced. All things easily fixed. However road (3 stars) with huge potholes is terrible. Hope community will work with city to improve. (5 Stars) for property management who is great to work with. I will still recommend this cabin as it works well for us. Hopefully roads will be fixed before our next visit.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023The stay was a great experience for my family and I. All necessary things were available, the hot tub and fire pit were key features that we indulged in. Being able to stay at this cabin with its amenities and simplicity was an awesome Holiday treat and we were able to focus on spending time as family and enjoying the experiences at Broken Bow, we look forward to doing it again next year!
