It needed a hand rail at the steps. They put one up for us.

Check in was a breeze and any questions were promtly answered. The cabin was clean as well as the BBQ. It is a quiet, comfortable place to stay and enjoy the scenery, birds and deer. It is conveniently located for both fishing and driving to Dillon. My only criticism is there needs to be a full set of silverware, a sauce pan and wifi. However, I highly recommend this rustic little gem.

Beautiful property and very charming cabin! There were a few things that made this not a 5star review. The morning of check in I received a message from the host welcoming us and letting us know if we had troubles finding the place to reach out to her. There was supposed to be a ranch sign at the end of the driveway. There was not. Our GPS took us to the neighbors property. I messaged the host and said we were having troubles fininding the place. We did not get a response. With the neighbors help we ended up finding the cabin. We then messaged asking if there was WiFi once inside. Did not get a response until the next day. So thankfully the neighbors helped us find the place. Once we were in the cabin it appeared clean until we gave it a second look. The amount of dead flies in this place was like nothing I have ever seen. The window sills were filled with them. And under the windows on the floor was hundreds if not thousands (and no I am not exaggerating) of dead flies. The furniture was not moved to get them up. We found the vacuum and it was so clogged that we had to clean it to use it. There was also a dirty coffee cup put back in the cupboard. The bedding was clean and fresh and the towels were as well. It was definitely cleaned before we got there but seemed like a quick once over just what was visible to a quick glance. Once we had the place cleaned up a bit it was a very nice cabin and very comfortable. The views are amazing and we had lots of wildlife all around.

Comfortable, not very fancy. Could use an upgrade of pots and pans, and silverware. Two Swainsons hawks in the tree south of the bedroom. Tons of deer in the fields.
