-Internet: While the cabin is equipped for fast internet, occasional outages may occur in this rural area. No refunds will be provided for service interruptions.

-As a small boutique management company at Elevated Vacays, we take pride in providing highly personalized guest service, personally overseeing every detail of your cabin experience- from the booking process to your time at the cabin and beyond. -No parties permitted, per Airbnb regulations.
-Max of 2 pets are allowed with pet fee
-No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the cabin.
-No fireworks permitted.
-Maximum occupancy: 12 adults and children. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.
-Must be 25 to rent, and person booking must be present at the property during the entire stay.
-You will be required to sign a rental agreement, which will require you to upload your license.
-Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service or any services provided by the county. No refund for outages or less than optimal speed or content.
-A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, K-cup pods, and salt/pepper is provided for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer/dryer is provided. Host provides towels and linens.
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
-Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
-Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)
-This cabin is located in the forest and it's common to come across various critters like chiggers, bugs, and other nature-loving creatures. Leaving doors open might invite some of them in, despite our efforts to manage the situation. We work with a professional pest control company to minimize encounters, but please note that refunds won't be provided for animal, insect, or pest encounters.
-A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. This is a hold, not a charge. This deposit will be collected via an Airbnb-approved third-party software.
