The Space:

This house can easily sleep fourteen people in comfort with four bedrooms offering a total of seven queen beds and two queen futons as well as a spacious 2500 sq. along with two and a half bathrooms with red oak cabinets and granite countertops. The loft bedroom is perfect for sleepovers with three queen beds, two queen futons, a 60” TV, and a football game table. The living room, located on the first floor, is similarly comfortable with its leather sofas and large TV perfect for movie nights. The bright and airy dining room is a great fit for large groups with an extended table and many chairs and is close to the newly upgraded kitchen.



Nature enthusiasts will love this home. Nestled near mountains and plenty of greenery, guests can enjoy the spectacular views along with the fresh mountain every day. The extensive deck is perfect for BBQ parties and quiet relaxation alike. The house has a huge front yard with two driveways that can easily park four cars.



This house is tucked away in a very quiet South Lake Tahoe neighborhood surrounded by nature, yet it is only 10 miles away from almost every major store in the city. This includes Lake beach and Heavenly Ski, with Kirkwood Ski and Sierra-at-Tahoe Ski only a short distance further. There are also many restaurants and major supermarkets nearby.



The house has 4 bedrooms:



A master bedroom on the 1st floor has a queen size bed;

Another master bedroom on the 1st floor has a queen size bed;

A Big bedroom on the 2nd floor has 2 queen size bed;

A huge loft bedroom on the 2nd floor has 3 queen size bed, 2 queen size Fulton, a 60 TV, and foosball game table, etc.

Each bed has 1 down comforter, one 100% cotton duvet, 2 pillows, 1 warm blanket, 2 shower towels, and 2 hand towels.



Guest Access:

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.



This home is pet-friendly, so your furry companions are welcome to join you. Please note that an additional pet fee applies to cover extra cleaning and care. Be sure to contact our team for fees and additional information prior to booking so we can ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.



No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00



We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.



READ BEFORE BOOKING:

Upon booking, you will receive a separate request via Airbnb resolution center for the Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) which is not included with your booking. The State of California requires us to collect tax on the rent from every guest staying 30 days or less. This feature is not currently supported on Airbnb. Here is the tax percentages associated with your stay 4%
