Stayed Oct 4, 2021Very cute cabin. Everything was really nice and comfortable. The only thing I think people should know is that it is right next to the highway so you do get a lot of traffic noise.

Stayed Aug 29, 2021The bed was very comfortable Good hot water and water pressure Front door screen didnt latch ..dogs got out No dresser or bureau in closet. You have to live out of suitcase on the floor No back porch light ..no Back porch stairs with dirt hill to fall down ..Items are all in utility buckets ..I dont go into things that are closed up. Curtains in bedroom are NOT blackout ..very sheer you can see everything at night with light on. Dont know how you can sleep 4 unless you cram into the one bed. The grill racks are cleaned but the 3 plates the bottom and the grease well are not. Had to ask for cream sugar and tissues

Stayed Dec 21, 2025The cabin was clean and cozy and was conveniently located to Durango. We loved being able to see the stars and hear the train passing by. It was very dotlg friendly and has a lovely porch area perfect for hanging out with the pup and BBQing. The cabin got pretty cold in some parts but there was a space heater available and the wood stove heated the main area well. The only downside was the traffic sounds from 550 which is directly behind the cabin and the minimal window treatments so it didn't feel very private. I would definitely recommend to friends visiting the area and am interested in staying in other properties in the future.

Stayed Dec 27, 2023Our stay was amazing and the house was beautiful, cozy and the scenery around us was breathtaking. You can see the train that runs above on the other side of the street and the Pinkerton hot springs is about a mile walk up the road which looked like a crayon exploded. Vita also was super helpful and so hospitable. I really appreciate her help.
