Had an amazing trip!! House was clean and very spacious for all 12 of us queens. House has everything you need.

We had a great time and enjoyed this space. The house is well stocked in the kitchen for sure! We had everything we needed. There are a few minor things that could use some attention but nothing that affected the trip. The slide on the playground was broken at the bottom. We had to go buy batteries to put in the remotes. Maybe they were there in the house somewhere we just never found them. There was no chalk for the pool table. The window was cracked by the kitchen. The cabin is very nice just could use a little more love. But overall we would still not hesitate to rent it again! There was great communication with the host (when my phone had service) she was very helpful and attentive to us! So thank you for sharing your cabin with us!!

The location was great and the house was mostly in good condition. The great thing about is that there were a plenty of rooms for all of us! Kids had alot of fun.

Great location. Perfect for 3 families. Outlets don’t work. Had to go to backup coffee maker. Family in front of us broke a window. Bathmats now clean, etc. Good place in Broken Bow, just not five stars.

The house was very spacious and comfortable. It included all amenities we needed for cooking, eating, sleeping and activities. None of the fireplaces worked but everything else was as described. Dustin responded prontly tomy messages and was very friendly.

Cabin was cozy and roomy! Tons of space and bathrooms for every king suite. This was a huge plus as this was a company Christmas party- so everyone getting their own king bed AND bathroom was hard to find. My biggest complaint with most houses is the mattresses, they’re always so uncomfortable… not here! The beds were amazing and every single guest called out how comfortable they were. I will definitely be bookmarking this house to stay again in the future! The host checked in throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed as well! Overall, a great stay!

Tall Timber Lodge is a very nice property and suited our family well. Check-in was seamless.

Perfect spot for our large group of 19 with friends and their kids. Close proximity to all the action in Hochatown and the house itself has a wide array of activities for all between the backyard airplane and playscape, outdoor tv, fire pit, arcade, shuffleboard, and the massage chair. FIVE king bed rooms with en suite bathrooms was a huge plus. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

We had people ranging from 25-55 and we had a blast. The beds were all super comfy - even the bunk beds. Love how the table and kitchen island/bar is all together so eventhough we had a really large group, we could all still eat and hang out together - Around food is the best place to meet. We loved it and recommend it to everyone. The location was not as far off the beaten path as some we hvae used in the past. Location was great! Also, our friends got lots of use from that massage chair! It was a hit!

We spent the last weekend at this property and had a great time. Spacious rooms with all amenities, property was super clean and we found everything to our liking. The host was very prompt with all the questions we had and he was very helpful. Overall we had a great time!!

House was a great size. The 5 suites plus a bunk room were awesome. Kid friendly and well kept. The only pain or warning is the road in the neighborhood because there are a lot of potholes. We had two SUVs a van, and a sedan and everyone made it , just have to be careful. We were even rained in much of the time and there was plenty of room for the 10 adults and 6 kids. Close enough to everything. It was a great stay. Dustin and his team were great and very responsive!

It is my first cabin lodging experience. But i wish they could have told me to bring all the disposable items such as paper towel, trash bags, toilet paper... We were nit prepare for all those i had to drive to the local store to get them. Besides that the cabin was clean, everything was ready to use and great communication with the host.

This property exceeded our expectations!!! The layout of the home and the large bedrooms made it perfect for our large family both the adults and grandchildren! Tons of things for the grand children to play outside and upstairs. The owner was quick to response and very attentive! We are already discussing to book again next year! 100% recommend staying here!

This cabin was beautiful and very accommodating. I love that each room has its own bathroom. And the bunk room was perfect for the children. There were so many games and activities for us all to enjoy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Overall we had a great time! We will definitely be returning & look forward to future family gatherings in Broken Bow!

Plenty of room, comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped. The one thing everyone loved was the massage chair!

Love love love. From the moment we walked in it was so welcoming. Loved the massage chair, kids loved the bunk room they never came out. Highly recommend for families with kids its very family friendly! Looking forward to booking again

The cabin’s aesthetic was nice but issues with the property manager’s (lack of) communication and maintenance prevented us from enjoying the stay as much as we could have. Soon after checking in, it became clear the “WiFi” was unreliable and basically non-existent, regardless of how many devices were on at any given point. Contacting the property manager early did not help at all. He mentioned previous tenants didn’t complain about it and then didn’t bother communicating afterwards about how to resolve it. Unfortunately, this issue paled next to the more important problem of a front door that we couldn’t use. The front door constantly locked us out probably due to a low battery and we were told to just use the back door. A shower that smelled and an outdoor fireplace that didn’t work just added to the feeling that the property wasn’t properly maintained . If not for the nice setting and cabin look, as well as manager/owner finally reaching back out the night before checkout to offer a small rebate in the absence of any fixes, this property would have received lower marks.

Property was misleading in pictures. Putting green very old and tattered. Not really worth saying they have one. Back porch and furniture dirty. Grill was filthy and nothing to clean it with. Bunk room is wall to wall with very little room and definitely no room for luggage. Says you can sleep 22 but only if many are very little kids. Plus they dont even give you enough towels for 22 people so obviously they know it doesn’t. Only 3 towels in kitchen, very old and no scrub brushes or sponges. Ice maker is one of those little ones on countertops so barely any ice at all!!! You have to constantly buy some. Especially for 22! Coffee maker broken. Also, no disposal. Dishwasher wasn’t attached So would constantly come out of casing. It quit working second day we were there and when notified the owner got no response because there were 2 conversations going on with vrbo. We had to hand wash dishes after paying what we had to pay for our vacation. Doors on bottom cabinets aren’t attached well and would fall off and you had to put back on. No instructions for hot tub and it didn’t filter well or stay warm. Sometimes warm but then would shut off and be cold so would have to reheat. No chemicals left so since it didn’t filter often by last days was cloudy. Couldn’t get same channels on outside tv as inside. It was Thanksgiving and hoping to watch Cowboys game outside but never could find it. Can’t say for the price I could recommend this house. First time in Broken Bow so disappointed.

We had our entire family in one place for my husband’s big birthday surprise party! The house was a perfect size for all 13 of us. Something to do for everyone. Upon arrival you felt immediately at home in a calm fun environment. The beds and couch were so comfortable so was the outside sitting area. Loved the hot tub and outside setup. There was not a single space on the property we did not use. Absolutely fun for all and we brought very little with us. We WILL be back. A 5 star plus rating from my family and I!!

Five couples stayed here for a few days. It was fantastic for each of us to have a private king bedroom with a private bathroom. Plenty of space to eat together on the long table. Plenty of dishes, glasses, and cookware as we cooked breakfasts and dinners at the lodge - including steaks we grilled on the outdoor grill. Those who used the hot tub said it was great! And the massage chair upstairs was a hit! Though we didn’t have kids with us, there are ample things for them to play with indoors and out. The location is very quiet, no road noise, and close to everything. Our host was awesome keeping in touch and providing an app with all the house details. We can recommend Tall Timber Lodge as a wonderful place to stay! Also had a fantastic boat rental from Beavers Bend Marina. The lake is beautiful!!

Wonderful home, perfect size for our big bunch! Great memories made and so close to activities! Quit scrolling people,this IS the place, well worth the price!!!!!
