New! Waterpark resort open, 1 mile to parkway w views, pool, movie rm, & more!

Our stay was fantastic, and our accommodation was flawless. As grandparents, we enjoyed having our children and grandchildren there. Access to all levels was easy, with wide stairs that ensured comfort for everyone, from 6 months to 67 years old. The theater room, pool, and game room suited our needs perfectly. If it were possible, I would rate our hostess above 5 stars; she was truly exceptional in every aspect. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Wonderful! Four nights. 7 adults 5 children. Everyone had plenty of room. The indoor pool, movie theater was a great time. Plenty of room for sleeping accommodations including bunk beds with their own TV. The resort amenities were over the top as well. Lazy river, miniature golf, hot tubs. Just a great time

Loved this property and the water park. We were mostly gone to the waterpark everyday. Having a well- maintained private pool and hot tub was a plus. Having 3 locations to gather (main floor, theater room downstairs, and game room upstairs) fit the bill for everyone. Wow, the kitchen was so we'll stocked and greatly appreciated since we cooked all our meals. Having a kids pack n' play, portable high chair and kids plates etc so excellent. Only complaints were with cleaning crew which left the floors dirty (the bottoms of our feet were quite dirty) and they weren't done upon our check in time, but the communication with the property manager was great! Would definitely stay again.

I can't say enough about this place. The location is so awesome. It's only a couple of minutes from Parkway, but yet you feel like you're back away from everything, but don't have to worry about all of the hills and mountains. The resort is going to be awesome when it's completely done.... even now, with it being built still, it's awesome. The house itself was amazing. It was perfect for us.Everything about it was just amazing, and we will definitely stay again. There's not a single thing. I can complain about it was so clean, so beautifully decorated. Everything was explained, it was just perfect.

The house was incredible and beautiful. Plenty of space for the whole family. Indoor pool came in handy during the summer storms. Plenty of kitchen aides- cups, plates, utensils, etc. Location enough off the parkway with great view of the mountains. Yet close enough to get to everything on the parkway. Neighborhood under construction as described but we didn’t notice any noise or have any issues. The host communication was detailed and timely. We would come back again for sure.

OMG, this place was everything we needed. Very clean, great location, pretty much everything we needed was available to us. We most definitely will return.

Well designed for families. Plenty of things to in Cabin. Has everything you need in kitchen. Short distance to restaurants and activities.

This home and Amy were wonderful. The home was very clean and had all of the accommodations to fit everyone’s needs. Each on suite was perfect to have space and privacy. The views were beautiful out the back deck. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. We would definitely recommend and stay again!
