GUEST ACCESS
Guest has access to the entire property with the exception of the cleaning and owner's closet.

Reservation Requirements
To confirm your stay, the primary guest is required to:
* Complete a rental agreement
* Provide a government-issued photo ID
This process is standard for professionally managed vacation homes and helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* Age requirement to book is 25+
* Steps required to access the main cabin entry
* A pet cleaning fee of $ 75 per pet per stay helps us maintain high standards for all guests.
* Our cabin uses fresh natural well water, common in the mountain area. Occasionally after the home has been unused for some days, you may notice a sulfur smell when first running the water. This is normal for well water and it fades with use.
* You’re staying in the heart of the mountains, where nature is part of the magic! Occasionally, you may spot wildlife such as bears or seasonal ladybugs around the cabin.
* Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

HOUSE RULES – CASCADIA SLOPE
We want your stay to be comfortable, safe, and stress-free. Please review and agree to the following house rules before booking and during your stay.

Rental Agreement
A Rental Agreement and guest information form is required before check-in.
This includes the primary guest’s full name, email address, phone number, number of guests, and acknowledgment of these house rules.
Check-in details will not be released until the agreement is signed.

Guests & Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay.
No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Please be respectful of the peaceful mountain setting and nearby homes at all times.

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not permitted.
Violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Pets
We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to allergies.
All pets must be disclosed at booking. A pet cleaning fee of $75 per pet per stay helps us maintain high standards for all guests.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
Pets must be secured in the provided kennel when left unattended inside the cabin.
The provided kennel is suitable for one large dog or two small dogs (each under approximately 35 lbs). Guests are responsible for ensuring pets are crated safely and comfortably.
Pets may not be left unattended outside.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste inside and outside the property.
Any pet waste left behind or damage caused by pets may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
Failure to follow pet rules may result in additional charges or early termination of the stay.

Septic System Guidelines
This cabin operates on a private septic system. To avoid damage and ensure proper operation, guests agree to follow these guidelines:
Flush toilet paper only
Do not flush wipes (including “flushable” wipes), paper towels, feminine products, diapers, cotton swabs, or any foreign objects
Do not pour grease, oils, or food scraps down sinks or drains
Use water responsibly and avoid excessive or continuous water use
Failure to follow septic guidelines may result in plumbing issues and additional charges for service or repairs.

Hot Tub & Deck Safety
Use the hot tub responsibly and at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Do not use the hot tub while intoxicated
No glass in or around the hot tub.
Please replace the hot tub cover after each use.
No lotions, oils, bath bombs, soaps, or other products may be used in the hot tub, as they can damage the equipment and water system. Any issues or additional cleaning required due to misuse may result in additional fees.

Parking & Cabin Access and Safety
Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the designated area only.
Please note access to the cabin requires descending 40 steps from the parking area.
Guests are responsible for supervising children and pets, especially on stairs, decks, and outdoor areas.

Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only and must be disposed of properly.

Security Devices
Do not move, cover, unplug, or tamper with any exterior security cameras, doorbells, or internet equipment.
These devices are in place for property security and insurance purposes.

Care of the Cabin
Please treat the cabin with care as you would your own home.
Do not rearrange furniture or remove items from the cabin.
Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly so we can assist.
Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.
