Stayed Dec 28, 2024This was my first trip with family for new years. After looking at various places, we had already booked but, searching we found this listing. About the rental, upon arrival everyone was so excited. Super NICE and very clean. Pool was nice and warm, we did not use the Jacuzzi but I imagine with the cold weather it would have been great. All the kitchen equipment seems new and was working great!Many tvs, so there’s plenty of places where people can just sit down and watch their own shows. Movie theater was great as well.All the beds are super comfy, slept 10 with ease. If you want hot water, there is no issue like some other places where the hot water gets there after 10 minutes. This place will give you hot water in under a minute. There is some construction in the area, but there was no issue getting in and out of the place. About the property manager, the manager replied very fast to my queries, I appreciate that. I would definitely look here if I want to go back to Tennessee. I recommend.
