Completely renovated in 2022, this home features top-tier finishes throughout. The kitchen boasts elegant shaker-style cabinets, a Wolf gas range and oven, an oversized refrigerator, and a spacious island with breakfast bar—perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly from kitchen to dining to living room, where a cozy sectional surrounds a stunning cobblestone wood-burning fireplace. Natural light fills the space, highlighting panoramic views of the Spanish Peaks.

Step out onto the expansive deck to take in the scenery or enjoy the amenities: a gas grill, dining area, Adirondack chairs, and a private hot tub make this a true mountain retreat.

Ski Access Details
Located directly below the White Otter skier bridge, this cabin uses groomed trails via Manitou Loop Road for access to the White Otter Lift.

Ski Out: Start from the driveway, ski onto Oglala Road, then access the groomed trail near Cabin 4B or continue to the cul-de-sac. Trails lead directly to the White Otter lift (Green access). Some flat sections may require skating or poling. Walk may be needed during warm weather.

Ski In: From Lower Morningstar, follow the second set of Powder Ridge signs. Cross the White Otter skier bridge, turn left, and follow the groomed trail back to the cabin door (Green access).

Note: White Otter Lift typically opens mid-December and closes mid-April, though dates vary based on snow conditions. The cabin is not ski-in/out when the lift is not operating. Please inquire for details.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the garage. There are two parking spots available for this unit. 1 in the garage, 1 in the driveway, and one on the street if necessary.

Getting Around:
It is required that you have a 4x4 vehicle during the winter months (October-May). Please be aware that shuttle services must be booked in advance, and rideshare options like Uber or Lyft are unavailable in the area.
