I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our cabin was great! Exactly as described, clean, great view.Only negative was the excessive loud cars throughout the night (due to nearby Slammedenuff event), way passed 11pm quiet time.I do understand that is out of the control of cabin owner.

We really enjoyed the cabin and all of its amenities. The hospitality of the Bear Tracts team was awesome. They were very cordial and helpful from check-in to check-out including resolving our hot tub issue quickly.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025The cabin is so beautiful. Had every amenity we needed . Our family of 7 fit very comfortably. Our 6 year old twins loved the oft bedroom! Stunning views! The kitchen was fully accessible and we made many meals in the cabin. The upstairs bathroom jacuzzi tub was a fun bonus for our 3 year old who couldn’t use the hot tub outside. Our hot tub did have an issue not heating the first night but when I texted the owner the next morning he had maintenance come fix it while we were out exploring the area and came home and used it straight away. Highly recommend this cabin!

The new cabin was incredible, beautiful views and very clean inside, my kids enjoyed the entire upstairs for themselves. We had a wonderful trip!

The cabin was roomy, clean, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, with easy access to avoid the traffic. Beautiful views from both decks.
