This cabin and owner more than meet expectations. The owner has put a lot of thought into supplying all your needs. Although we had no kids with our group, this is a great place for them. So many games and activities. And the owner is great with communication. She checked on us to make sure everything met our expectations. Will definitely book again.

The house was in a great location and was stocked with everything you could possibly think of. The kids loved all of the games and activities. Paula was by far the best host I have ever worked with! The information she provided about directions, driving do's and dont's, check in and just generally checking to see if we needed anything was awesome. We would definitely stay again!

Nice place. Believe them about the bears. We saw 5 different bears during our 4 day stay. Don’t try making a right turn into the driveway, too steep, go up the street and turn around so you can make a left hand turn into the driveway. Very hilly area, drive slow, roads are narrow. Decks on house are good, nice view (not of the mountains but of the area). We weren’t at house much but there’s things to do there if you get stuck there due to weather or whatever. Host was responsive and helpful.

Property was amazing!! Paula was in contact and kept us up to date on any weather alerts. We had a mama bear and three baby bears that we named and visited often! This was exactly what I needed for a much needed break from work!

I can't say enough good things about Paula and Goldilocks Haven! From the moment I booked when I received a personalized video from her introducing herself up until the final day of our stay - she was top notch. Her communication and care for her property and those who stay there are like nothing we've experienced staying at other properties. The cabin itself was great as well - very clean, everything was in great shape, labeled clearly, everything worked as promised, and there were even extras included that we weren't expecting and were very excited about! And we saw SO many bears, which was a HUGE goal of ours on this trip!If you're looking for a place to stay for an upcoming Gatlinburg trip - I highly recommend Goldilocks Haven! You won't find a better host :)

We had a wonderful time at Goldilocks’ Haven. We loved the family game room and relaxing in the hot tub and just sitting on the decks and enjoying the scenery. We especially enjoyed seeing the multiple bears and cubs.

It was very roomy for our family of 5. Three being grown men. Loved seeing all the black bears families roaming around being some neat entertainment the balconies. Loved the stayy looking forward to coming back in the future.

This was a wonderful property that fit our family of 6 perfectly. Paula and John thought of everything and then some. They were extremely helpful and responsive for any travel needs for the area. The property was very well-kept and had a beautiful view. We would highly encourage staying in this beautiful home, and would gladly stay here again.
