Stayed Oct 9, 2025This is a beautiful home! It was VERY clean. Lots of extra towels were very handy for the pool and hot tub. The decor is very nice and minimalist. The large kitchen was well stocked and arranged. It’s close to Publix and other shopping. Very responsive owner.

Stayed May 15, 2025Lost our VRBO in downtown Knoxville 3 weeks prior to Graduation weekend and scrambled to find a location close to Knoxville. Blindly picked the house because it was the closest we could find and got super lucky because it was a fantastic stay and conveniently located to either Knoxville, Pigeon Ford, or Gatlinburg (we spent time in all 3). The hot tub off the master is a fabulous touch after a long day. Definitely a great find under less than ideal conditions and would rent again.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025We arrived and I noticed I had a message from the host, David, who let me know that the pool was not going to be able to be used during my stay with my husband and 4 small children. The host offered me a partial refund which I was ok with since there were no other available cabins in the area. It has been over a month and I have yet to get my refund. Other issues encountered with this property were that the refrigerator was leaking all over the floor and inside of the fridge was wet. The ice maker and water dispenser did not work which was extremely inconvenient. I informed the host and someone came to look at it, but was not able to fix that during our stay either… Honestly the property itself was fine, but several things seemed a little janky, which you wouldn’t anticipate when you see the listing photos.The shower curtain rod in the downstairs bathroom was not connected properly so it fell multiple times… there was a giant nail sticking out of the bed frame which cut my child’s leg… the kitchen table was rather sticky and the dishes in the drawers clearly were not cleaned properly. There was dried old food on multiple utensils, and the pots and pans provided were old, crusty teflon pots and the handles were hanging on by a thread. The hot tub and the game room were definitely the best part!Ultimately, my family and I made the best of it but I was not impressed whatsoever and I really pray the host can stick to his word and issue my partial refund that was promised.
