Just finished this New Cabin in early July(2021). Location, Location, Location! Beautiful River front lot located on the swift water section of the Kenai River(RM25), known for the Best Sockeye fishing in the World! Many other species of fish including the King and Silver Salmon as well as Trophy Trout and Dolly Varden. Just walk out the front door less than a 100' and step onto aluminum fishing docks, or natural grassy banks, to bring in the Big ones. UPDATE: 2022 we have a 10'x12' fish proc

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Our first impression of the property was the cleanliness and attention to maintaining the natural beauty of the property. From the outside the home is very well maintained and that translated directly to the clean organized condition on the inside. The property is very well setup to provide a complete fishing experience, the elevated platforms along the bank are well placed and easy to move around on. The outside cleaning station is well placed and very well maintained. There is also an onsite processing building where we were able to vacuum seal our catch as well as freeze it until we were ready to leave. Overall I would highly recommend this property as a place to stay as we plan on staying here again in the future. *communication from Mark was also very clear and thorough. He made us feel very welcomed, and was willing to share the beauty of the Kenai with us. Mark answered the few questions we had gave solid fishing information/references when we asked.
