Very clean with a great floor plan. Quit and relaxing. Great for watching deer. Easy access to Blanco, Albert, Luckenbach and Fredericksburg.
This great rental made me think of the childhood song I used to sing…”Little cabin in the wood, Little man by the window stood….”. Very clean. Well equipped. Pretty views in a secluded setting. I almost don’t want to rave about it so that it will be available next timeI want to visit!?
The views are spectacular! Clean house. Pictures do not do it justice.
The cabin was amazing! We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary while we stayed there and couldn't have asked for a better place. We will definitely return!
Nice spot at top of hill, great views
The cabin was very clean! The view was beautiful. There were several deer that came around each day. The cabin was about 30 minutes in any direction of things to do. The cabin was sufficiently stocked, and the beds/pillows were comfy. Nice, quiet, secluded cabin!
Pictures don’t do the view here justice. We loved this quaint cedar cabin. The cedar smell inside was incredible. I highly recommend this place.
The Cedar lined cabin is very beautiful. Everything in very nice shape and the serenity of looking out over the Hill Country from the front porch is awesome! Only issue we had was trying to “Stream” by “Screen Mirroring” with the large TV on the wall. Looks totally capable, but couldn’t figure out how to get it to work. Might want to look into that, as more and more people have their own devices and stream all the time.
This place was perfect and sat right in the middle of so many of the places we wanted to visit. Super quiet with beautiful views of the hill country off of the front porch. Very clean and comfortable stay. We will absolutely look to stay here during our trips down to the hill country!
This is our fifth time staying here. It never disappoints! The view is beautiful no matter what side of the house you are looking out. You see deer throughout the day in the front yard. It is very quiet and secluded.
The house was spotless, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed watching deer every day and saw a little fox several times. The view from the cabin is amazing and it’s so relaxing and peaceful. Looking forward to our next visit!
Would not have returned if I didn't like it the first time around. Checkout at 10 is a bit extreme, but worked for us this time as we needed to leave early anyway. Like the remoteness and the fact there are no neighbors. Post-covid specific thing we ran into not related to the house: some restaurants close at 7PM or aren't not open at all some days, so check ahead of the time or you'll be driving for a long time to get food late at night.
easy access off the highway. far enough away from the busy Fredricksburg area and yet close enough for easy commute to the winery
This is a nice cabin. It was very clean. It is either new or recently renovated (As of Apr 2022). It was secluded, private, and quiet.
Loved this place. Very clean. Has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. The Views!!! We loved walking around and just sitting on the porch watching deer. We will be back!
