New Aframe Cabin/7 Arcades/HotTub/FirePit/Movie Screen/Stargazing Hammock/

Perfect size house for 2 families with 5 kids (there were beds left over). There was tons of activities for the kiddos and everything was functioning and operation like the listing said. The check out process was extremely easy (very grateful for that). Would definitely recommend this place to friends or families looking for an awesome house!

We absolutely loved our stay. Out of all the VRBO homes we have stayed in while traveling throughout the Midwest and East Coast, this was by far one of the best equipped for a phenomenal getaway. From the outdoor games and board games to everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, plus comfortable beds and plenty of extra bedding, every detail was clearly thought through. This home deserves all the praise it gets. We love traveling and seeing new places, so while we will probably not return to Broken Bow, that is simply because we enjoy exploring somewhere new each time. We would absolutely recommend renting from Chris.

Our family of 6 plus a grandparent had an amazing stay at this home away from home. Having a fully functional kitchen and Laundry machines on site were perfect for this mom of 4 active boys. We enjoyed an unplugged stay including outdoor activities, puzzles, gaming room, hot tub, small creek, live wild deer each morning. It was the perfect breath of fresh air we needed. Thank you!!

Our family had a great time at the Yay Frame! The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved all the activities inside and out. We would definitely book again!

What an amazing home, and truly a spot where no one could be bored! We traveled with young kids, and their initial raptures as they went from amazing activity to the next did not stop for our 2 week stay. The home setup is awesome because the beautiful back deck looks out over the whole private play area, so I could enjoy coffee or wine from the deck and watch my kiddos play. Lots of great seating around the play area as well when I ventured down. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you could wish for to make great meals. We especially enjoyed using the griddle to make pancakes and grilled cheese! The bedrooms were luxurious and so comfortable, and the bunkbed room was a blast!The host was also awesome and responsive and kind the times we reached out. It is an amazing stay and home, and we highly recommend!

This cabin had everything we could have ever wanted. There were so many things to entertain adults and kids. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms had everything we needed. The kids bunk space was AMAZING! Literally a kids perfect space. The outdoor amenities were spot on...playground, basketball, checkers, tetherball, axe throwing, cornhole, and the stargazing hammock - perfect! The fireplace outside with couches and TV were a great space to relax. We cooked hot dogs and smores on the fire pit one night. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed and everything was so nice! The game console was super nice for the young and old people to play on. The location of the cabin was off the beaten path enough to feel secluded but close enough to everything you need. Having a washer and dryer was also super convenient during our stay. I could go on and on but honestly, if you are looking for a cabin stay in the Broken Bow/Hochatown area - this is the place to stay!

I booked this home based on reviews and was very let down. Full disclosure, I paid almost double the rate a night because of the holidays so maybe I was expecting more. The house was decorated nicely, my kids loved the bunk beds and arcade games, but the positives end there. The house was not clean, as previous reviews state. Almost every dish, cup and utensil had old food caked on them. There were dead bugs and dust everywhere. I expect to see some bugs since we are out in the country, but we saw no less than 6-7 cockroaches running around on the kitchen counters, island, etc. The amenities that were advertised weren’t up to par. Most of the jets in the hot tub weren’t working, the fireplace inside worked for a few minutes and then after a loud “bang” that scared everyone, stopped working, the basketballs were covered in mold, the hammock was torn. I did notify the owner about these issues and broken blinds and she did send someone to fix the blinds but none of my other concerns were resolved. My kids had fun, which is all that really matters but was it worth what I paid? Absolutely not and I would not stay here again.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The owners were communicative from the booking, all the way until it was time to check out. The property is kept in pristine condition and was absolutely amazing. The cabin had a wide variety of games and entertainment for the kids, and they never got bored. We take a annual trip to broken bow every year and this has been our favorite cabin by far! Highly recommend this cabin to anyone!

Our stay was great overall! There were a few things like a few dirty places here and there that are more nitpicks than anything. In addition, warning about how hot the top rooms are would have been a great heads up because it gets really really hot up there.

Cabin was amazing! Pic don’t do it justice. Such a fun place to hang out! Very close to everything. Would also highly recommend the breakfast burrito truck in town can’t remember the name

Everything about this place was very thoughtful. We enjoyed every minute here and the kids loved it. The beds were also so comfortable and we loved the pillows so much we bought the same ones when we got home.

The house was so cute with plenty of activities to keep us busy inside and out.

Home was beautiful and clean. Very peaceful and private. Our kids enjoyed all the activities in the home. Owners were also very attentive and quick to respond any questions. They loved the milkshake maker and my little one really enjoyed the slide in the patio area.

Had exactly what you need for entertainment. From outside activities to inside activities, there was never a boring moment. Communication was quick, they checked in to assure our stay was going well, and so much more. Highly recommend.

My stay was amazing!! Even asked if they had a crockpot and they ordered one and had it delivered while we were there!! Beautiful place to stay and soooo many activities for the kids!! Very sweet & kind host!! Will definitely book again!! Thank you Melissa & Chris!!!

The kids really loved this place. Everything was well taken care of. The basketball game didn't work but we still enjoyed everything.

Fun A-frame house with lots of games/activities and great layout for two families. The milkshake maker and stargazing net are nice additions! The 2 miles of unpaved road to get there are a little rough in places, but location is close to amenities and the lake. Hosts were very responsive on messaging.

We came for the long Memorial Day weekend as a post-school end road trip. Having never been to Broken Bow we wanted an easy drive from Austin and to check things out. It was two moms and five kids aged 9-12, and we had a great time! The house is well-appointed and had all sorts of activities to keep the kids entertained. We played lots of games and enjoyed our time out in nature. Sitting on the back deck among the trees was my favorite! It was a wonderful home with comfortable accommodations and great hosts.Travel to the area was fairly easy, but it is worth noting that the roads are currently unpaved (to the house) and they are working to expand the main road from Broken Bow (where we bought groceries) and Hochatown (where there are some restaurants and more activities). There are also several homes being built and the area being developed which meant some bumpy pot-holed roads and inaccurate mapped directions when some roads were closed or washed out. None of that reflects poorly on our hosts or even our trip. We still had a great time and enjoyed our hikes in the state park and area activities. I just wanted to note this for those unfamiliar with the area. It seems it is a growing location and the infrastructure will hopefully follow.

The Yay Frame is the perfect place to stay for families. The cabin was very clean and the host Melissa was excellent. I would highly recommended this cabin.

The dishwasher door would not stay shut everything else was great

We had a wonderful stay at Melissa and Chris's property in Broken Bow. The home was beautifully maintained, with all the features thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Everything was spotless and well-kept, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Melissa and Chris were great hosts, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed getaway!

This house was exactly as pictured. It’s was clean and has everything you could possibly need from kitchen Essentials to a s’more making kit. The kids and adults both enjoyed all the arcade games and all the outside amenities. The host had quick responses. It was perfect for us for some much needed R&R. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay!

We came here for my son’s 10th birthday and I cannot tell you how surprised he was when he saw everything this cabin had to offer!! From the milkshake maker which was supplied milkshake straws as well as a monster shake book to the board games and video game table all in the living room! Upstairs had several wall arcade games for all 3 of our kiddos and adults haha!! Upstairs also has own bathroom and 2 bunk beds with trundles so 6 beds with a huge projector for kiddos to watch movies at night! Don't get me started on the outdoor “play yard” it has axe throwing, large yard checkers, playground, tether ball, large yard connect 4, basketball arcade style, as well as a slide coming off the back porch and that was a big surprise and huge for the kids! Every night we made a fire, comfortable chairs by the way and we took advantage of the hot tub nightly, which was so relaxing!! They had everything in the kitchen that you needed. The entire cabin had more than enough plugin flashlights. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable! They thought of everything, I mean, everything! It was a nice birthday celebration for my son and a very relaxing time for this momma!! Communication with Melissa was excellent!! Thank you for allowing us to stay, everything was beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable!!
