️ THE CABIN
Bear Down Lodge features stylish mountain comfort paired with upscale furnishings and inviting spaces designed for gathering and relaxing. The open-concept main level features large picture windows that fill the home with natural light and showcase the surrounding Smoky Mountain scenery.

The living room offers plush leather seating beneath a striking modern chandelier, with an electric fireplace and Smart HDTV creating the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the area. Just steps away, the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy meals, from cookware and appliances to tableware for the whole group. Enjoy meals together at the impressive 9-foot reclaimed oak dining table with seating for ten, while the island bar adds seating for three more—perfect for morning coffee or casual conversation.

Two bedrooms are located on the main level. One features a king bed, Smart HDTV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second king bedroom includes a Smart HDTV and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower that also connects to the main living area.

The upper level loft provides both fun and additional sleeping space. Enjoy classic gaming on the cocktail arcade machine loaded with over 400 games including Pac-Man. The open loft bedroom features two full-over-queen bunk beds, a Smart HDTV, and a private bathroom with a shower. A private balcony off the loft offers peaceful mountain views and a quiet spot to relax.

The lower level is designed for entertainment with a spacious game room and private theater room. Two additional king bedrooms are located on this level. A washer and dryer are also located on this level for added convenience.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
