Install handicap rails in bathroom shower located at entrance. On 11/24/2025 my wife fell attempting to get into the bathtub to take a shower. She was rushed to the emergency room at the hospital. She received 7 staples in the back of her head. The high step to get into the tub without a rail to hold onto is a safety hazard for senior citizens. We are hoping and praying that she will recover without any problems. We will notify you of the outcome.

The cabin was great! The only thing that concerned us was that the deck that the hot tub is in looks like is going to fall.

Excellent property, clean and perfect for the amount of family that stayed. Was able to have separate areas with each having a personal bathroom. Was close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but still private. Would definitely stay again.

The cabin was great. It is in a great location and we had plenty of room for our big family. This was worlds above a hotel stay and the cost made it affordable for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything. It was an added touch that the cabin was decorated for Christmas. There were plenty of games to play for the adults and kids. We also did s’mores by the fire pit outside. The path to the cabin is steep on an incline, with curves, and sharp turns.

Beautiful home decor, immaculate , spacious. Game room was a hit. Wished we could view the valley instead of trees but this also gave needed shade. It was very hot while we were there. Had bears visit us which everyone loved.

My family stayed for 5 nights in this beautiful cabin. There was plenty of room for all seven of us. We really enjoyed the cabin and being close enough, but yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I give 5 stars to everything but the drive up to the cabin. The road was steep and took a bit of getting used to when navigating to and from. After a couple of drives up and down the mountain it was second nature. Everything was great and we will definitely keep this cabin in mind when booking our next family stay in the Smokey's.
