There is a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

Plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles . Small-midsize RV or trailer could also be accommodated. There are no steep mountain roads to get to the cabin. The roads inside the neighborhood are wide and paved. The driveway is paved and flat.

*If you have a group larger than 8, our sister cabin `Hickory Manor Hideaway` is located one street away and sleeps up to 8 additional guests.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
