The adjacent dining area provides a captivating setting for shared meals. The dining room seats 8 and the kitchen island seats 5.

This cabin boasts 7 HDTVs. Each bedroom has a 33” TV, the living room has a 55” TV and the lower level has a 75” TV. These TVs are equipped with Roku and with various streaming apps that will provide you with access to all your favorite movies, TV shows, and other content. Please use your personal streaming account during your stay and remember to log off before checking out.
The lower level of the cabin is equipped with An arcade, a pool table, several wall mounted games (tic-tac-toe, connect 4, and chess).

✩ CLEANING: We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. Our cleaners have been vetted to ensure that enhanced cleaning is performed.

✩ PARKING
The main parking area in front of the cabin can accommodate approximately six cars. It's worth noting that this space is shared with the neighboring cabin, so guests should be mindful of ensuring enough space is available for both properties.

In addition to the main parking area in front of the cabin, there is also additional parking space adjacent to the cabin, situated between two cabins. This area can accommodate two cars, providing extra parking options for guests.

In addition to the parking spaces in front of and adjacent to the cabin, there is also a large parking area located directly behind the cabin. This spacious area can accommodate several cars or even a trailer, providing ample parking options for guests.

✩ ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided with the door code at least 48 hours before arrival.

✩ GETTING HERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to our driveway. There are no steep roads.

✩ BABY GEAR: We have a pack n' play. It will be provided upon request. Please notify us at the time of booking or 2 days before checking in.

✩ CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. Late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.

✩ We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, and power outages.

✩ This is a non-smoking cabin. If you smoke or vape inside the cabin, you will be charged $500, plus an increase in cleaning fee and any damages.

✩ Pet policy: While we love animals, we have made the deliberate choice to maintain this home as pet-free. This decision is in consideration of the many guests who may have allergies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If there is a pet, you will be charged $500, plus an increase in cleaning fee and any damages.

✩ The indoor fireplace is available for use from October 1 - April 1.

✩ Your security is important to us. The home has a smart locking system, and a camera has been installed on the outside of the premises.

✩ No parties. Events (birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, etc.) ok WITH HOST APPROVAL, but any larger events with more than the registered guests coming may require additional event fee. In the event a guest does this without prior approval and/or pay the required event fee, the guest will be required to leave immediately with no refund and lose their deposit.

✩ By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules set forth in this listing. If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $50 per person per night.
