the house was in hood condition, however the soundbar was noy working for first 2 nights and the grill was very dirty, could not get the firepit to turn on.

We celebrated our granddaughter’s birthday and enjoyed a visit to Dollywood. The cabin was well stocked, the only exception was no extra trash bags or toilet paper. We loved the game room and the theatre room. Texts with Elk Springs kept us informed. This was our 2nd rental from Elk Springs. We had snow and stayed very comfortable in the cabin.

The heat stopped working at 2:00am and did not hear from anyone until 8:30am. The temperature in the cabin got to 52 degrees inside. Not very impressed by the on call emergency number. When the maintenance man did show up he wasn't very friendly. We loved the gas fireplace though. That helped to keep the house a little warm until we got it fixed. The basement though where 6 people were sleeping never got th heat from the fireplace.

It would be nice if the theater system was hooked up to the cable tv. In the downstairs bedroom, a tv needs to be added so that you can watch tv in the bedroom.

Cabin was nice but some of the furniture needed updates. Resort maintenance very responsive to needs. There are three patios, but no yard for children to play. The hot tub was a plus. The resort does not have a swimming pool or playground. However, there is a lot to do in the surrounding area.

The cabin was certainly beautiful; there were a few mechanical issues with the A/C, was too warm upstairs game room, got too cold in the theater. Some lights didn't work, ice machine broke. Gas grill was extremely dirty, had to cookoff crud for an hour before using. Theater was really nice, comfy beds.

Reviewer Comments: During my recent stay at Elk Springs Resort with my family, I found the beds to be uncomfortable and the floors to be in a deplorable state. We had no choice but to wear shoes to protect our feet from turning black. Given the high prices, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I will not be booking with Elk Springs again and would advise others to do the same!

We totally enjoyed our time. The cabin could use more silverware and pots and pans. Cooking for 12 was tough but we made it work. There was only 8 forks so some had to use spoons for breakfast and dinner.

We loved our stay! The cabin was perfect for a large family or multiple families to share. Plenty of space with three levels. Loved the game room and home theater for kids. We were close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We were 15-20 mins from everything we wanted to do. Would rent again.
