We had a Great time, the cabin was spacious, clean and in the perfect area. Close to good restaurants and coffee shops. Very close to the park and pigeon forge. The beds were comfortable and the games were great for the down time. Will be staying there again.

The house was nice sized and I loved the Christmas decorations. However, the cleaning crew missed some big things. There were old water bottles and trash under the beds. The upstairs shower head was moldy. There was dust hanging off of the windows, blinds, and random spots around the house. There was a pile of bedding on the floor in the basement that we weren’t sure what it was for. Clean or dirty. Dust bunnies floating around everywhere. Found a random shoe under one of the couches. Hair on a pillow case. And the kitchen sink was leaking on the left side. All in all, I was pretty disappointed in the quality of the stay.

Overall a good stay. The whole thing was just a little weird. We had to book this last minute (the day before!) due to our original booking being cancelled. I paid in full through VRBO and then was told I needed to check-in in-person with the management company before 6 pm, which was not possible due to my arrival time. (This was new information post-payment.) I reached out and provided ID and credit card and was able to bypass that, so I’m grateful they worked this out.The WiFi never worked. It was clearly a password problem, as the TVs in the house were connected. I told the management company this, and they sent a maintenance guy out who said the same. It seems they either never contacted the owners or the owners never got back to them, since the password was never confirmed. This was never resolved. The hot tub was nice, but it wasn’t turned on so when we went to use it the first night it was cold. When we did use it, only half of the jets worked. Still a nice soak. The house itself was overall very nice. Very thin floors, though, so I could hear my fellow travelers using the bathroom upstairs! The all-rental neighborhood was pretty, but the huge, mowed, tree-less lawns felt very different from the cabin-like interior. Again, just kind of weird and felt like wasted space.Location was great - close to a few very good restaurants and a relatively short driving distance to the park. Definitely a better experience than staying in crowded Gatlinburg!

House was nice and clean. Close to attractions but also rural feel. Would stay again.
