Stayed Feb 13, 2025The house was exactly as it is in the pictures. It was very nice and clean. Beautiful scenery. We would love to go back during the summer to enjoy the lake. It was very convenient to be able to ride buggies straight from the property. We didn’t have to contact Michael and Jessica with any issues but I feel like if there would have been an issue they would have been on top of it. They were very informative with maps and apps for riding. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Oct 28, 2024We came into Mina late in the evening with the sun still up. It a beautiful setting. We stayed one night due to our schedule. The next morning we got to look around the property a little bit before we had to leave. The lake is so beautiful. Home fit our needs perfectly and was Very peaceful!

The house had just about all the amenities needed. I hate to give such a good review in fear that it won’t be available when I’m ready to return!!

Stayed Nov 4, 2021Primrose Cottage has now become our favorite place to spend a relaxing few days in the mountains. It provided the perfect getaway for our family and everyone left refreshed and excited about the prospect of returning soon. The view of the mountain and forest were indeed incredible but I'm not sure that it trumped the lovely cottage where we stayed. Perfect place for 3 adult couples with king beds and soaker tubs in every room! It is so difficult to find 3 or more rooms with king beds in a rental, so we were extremely grateful to find Primrose Cottage. Every detail was a step (huge step) above other rentals, from the well-equipped kitchen to the dreamy bedding, to those melt-your-cares-away soaker tubs! Rockers on the porch were ideal for reading, visiting, or just soaking up the beauty of the mountain forest. Hiking in the area was plentiful and we were fortunate to hit some lovely weather to enjoy the trails. Without a doubt, we will be heading back to Primrose Cottage soon! Thank you, Michael and Jessica, for the little slice of heaven!
