As with many a mountaintop experience, it would not be complete without some gravel and/or dirt road driving. Up until the last 0.5 miles of the drive, you will be on a state maintained paved two-way (sometimes very winding) road. The last 0.5 miles of your journey will be on a gravel and then dirt road. The gravel road is shared by three houses and then you turn left on the dirt/gravel private road that takes you to the cabin. You do not need 4-wheel drive to navigate this part of the trip. However, there are a couple short inclines that work best if you stay a steady speed without stopping. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions about the drive.
My teenage children, dog and I spent Christmas at Emily and David’s lovely place. Emily and David were easy and delightful, communicating everything efficiently and providing extra touches to make our stay special. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and amazing views. The location was secluded but close enough to everything. Loved our time and would definitely return! Thanks Emily and David !
We enjoyed our time at the Blue Ridge Bliss for Thanksgiving. We had a great meal and was thankful for the counter space will all the cooking. Very clean and peaceful location. About 30 minutes to Hendersonville with many options there for restaurants.
My family and I stayed at the Blue Ridge Bliss this past weekend and everything about our stay was beyond our expectations. The location was perfect for us, being that it was close to Chimney Rock and Downtown Hendersonville. The cabin was equipped with everything you could possibly need the hot tub and view were amazing. Emily and David were such hospitable hosts and we will definitely be staying here again. Heather and Family :)
We loved the cabin. We wanted secluded and this was the right place to go. The hot tub was wonderful. It was a very peaceful and quiet location. The host was great making sure we were ok and had everything we needed.
The host set up this cabin with extreme relaxation in mind. It’s equipped with everything you need and I mean everything. There’s a supermarket and restaurants 15 min away. The cabin and Hendersonville are very dog friendly. We had the best time relaxing with our pup. Definitely will be back!
