Mountainside Adventure Base near the trails!

The property was as advertised: spacious and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware (even a rolling pin!). The refrigerator was clean and had plenty of room for groceries. I was able to wash clothes in the washer/dryer. I definitely want to stay at this place again when I next have leave available.

The location was simply perfect. It was conveniently located to our daily hiking destinations and to the downtown area. It was pet friendly and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Lots of space indoor and out.

We had a short, one-night stay. The place was very comfortable and is very spacious. Had we stayed longer I'm sure we would've enjoyed hanging out in the large backyard. The house is located in a very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, which we enjoyed walking with our dog in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Large, older house near a lot of trails and just a short drive to downtown. House was very clean upon arrival. Fenced yard is a nice addition for pets, but fence needs repairs, so keep a close eye on smaller dogs. Overall condition of house is good, but a few simple repairs and more comfortable furniture/beds would make this a really great space.

Had a nice time in this pretty neighborhood with great hiking trails. Centrally located for all our needs. Home was cozy and comfortable! Thanks!

Had a great family weekend getting out of the city for cooler weather and hiking adventures. Third time we have stayed here. House perfect for our family and pups.

Highly recommend. Perfect location for sightseeing and 4 wheeling. Plenty of room to park ATV trailers.

We would definitely stay here again. Communication was great, we had plenty of room and everything we needed. It was comfortable and nice. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, hence the one star down but that was easily fixed.

The property was covered with Weeds some being 3 ft high. Some of the blinds on the windows were damaged , bedroom door wouldn’t close, three big trash cans were in the front yard .

Pay attention upon arrival and make note of all the damages. I would suggest taking photos of everything that is damaged. We were wrongfully accused of damage and charged for things we didn't do that were already there when we arrived. The house has a lot of wear and tear and damage. A large amount was taken from our deposit fee for a stain on the ottoman that was already there and for staining on sheets. The kitchen table and living room couches are stained and very warm looking as well as the paint around the house . Much of the furniture and house is beat up but clearly isn't getting replaced. Keep this in mind when you are booking as you might be blamed and charged for it!
