I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Brook Haven Cabin is a wonderful stay. With an elevation gain of around 1000 feet from the bottom of the driveway you have an absolutely stunning view from the back porch. The cabin is very well furnished with great amenities. The gas fire place in the living room warmed up the area very quickly, the hot tub on the back porch was fantastic especially with the gorgeous sunsets we had. Having a full kitchen available to use was a great bonus too. My wife and I have nothing negative to say about this cabin and our fantastic stay. It was unfortunately cut short due to a forecasted snow storm but the staff with YellowRose was wonderful to work with and provided us with a refund for the two nights we were missing out on. We will definitely stay with YellowRose and at the Brook Haven Cabin again!

The tub needs some sort of rubber mat and possibly a handle of some sort to help get out of the tub. It rained the entire we were there and there was no mat inside the cabin to protect the nice flooring. Directions on how to operate the hot tub.

Stayed Oct 6, 2025Beautiful New Property! Pizza oven is the grill. No firepit yet. Just went on VRBO in Feb. 2025. Met the owners and they were amazing. Hot tub, interior and views were fabulous. The drain in the tub/shower did gave a drain issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025It's a nice property with a beautiful view, but being new on the market they have some things they need to work on. It had a few boards on the deck that were not secured down.There was a substantial amount of stink bugs and lady bugs inside the house.Loose screws were left on the deck ground, so you definitely shouldn't walk barefoot to the hot tub.The description mentioned that there was a grill on site, which turned out to be a pizza oven, not a grill.The fireplace puts out way too much heat for that size of a building, so you can't have it on for more than 10 minutes at a time.Again, very nice place with a great view, and I think they will work the kinks out, but these do need to be addressed.
