BOOKING DETAILS
Guests must be 18 or older to rent (children with parents allowed). After booking this property, you will have 48 hours to sign a rental agreement that lists the guidelines and house rules, and complete an authorization form for a refundable security deposit of $500.00. A hold will be applied to the credit card 3 days before check-in and released 3 days after check-out.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We highly recommend trip insurance in case you need to cancel outside of our policy window!


▶︎ NO PETS
We love those little (and not so little) furry family members. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in loss of $500.00 security deposit.

▶︎ NO SMOKING
Please no smoking or vaping inside or outside our home. Any smoking evidence will result in loss of $500.00 security deposit for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.

▶︎ BUGS
There are bugs in the mountains and you might encounter some unwelcome guests. To help avoid this, please keep all doors closed as much as possible. We have a pest control service performed monthly to help control as much as possible but inevitably are not guaranteed or able to control 100%.

▶︎ BEARS
Bears are clever, they know how to open car doors and will do so to look for food. They will cause damage to your vehicle and the cabin if doors/windows are left open OR unlocked. LOCK windows/car doors/trash receptacles. Do not leave food, coolers, or trash outside or inside of vehicle, and please clean the grill after use. Do not allow children to play unsupervised. Damage and liability will be your responsibility.

The property has an exterior security camera facing the driveway in use for your safety.

▶︎ QUIET HOURS / NO PARTIES
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. To be respectful of our residential neighbors, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
