The property was great. The check in and out process was very easy. We had to leave early for a funeral. I called a week ahead about changing the reservation. They refused. (Our reservation was Saturday through Monday, I asked about Friday through Sunday instead). Not that it wasn’t available, but basically since we didn’t buy trip insurance, they couldn’t do it. They had plenty of cooking pans, dishes, etc. but was the 1st rental place ever that literally had no basics like salt, pepper, cooking spray, foil, nothing. It was very odd.

My family enjoyed this cabin. My sons loved the arcade and the pool table. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking. There was plenty of room for the four of us. Everything was in working order, except we never figured out what light switch turned on the ceiling fan in the basement. It was a nice cabin, but not the most beautiful one we’ve ever stayed in. It was comfortable, close the grocery store, and close enough to the main strip in Gatlinburg. I would suggest new pillows and making all the light bulbs uniform.
