As you arrive, you will drive up a paved mountain road, and will pass a few other cabins along the way. “Mountain Time” is at the end of a short side road, and sits on a “Knoll”, surrounded by Nature.

The kitchen, dining room and main level living spaces flow together for a roomy, light, and open floor plan with plenty of windows, and a complete wall of glass that emphasizes the Stunning Mountain Views. 
Solid surface countertops in the kitchen provide ample space for preparation and cooking. Additionally, the kitchen has been freshly updated with stainless steel appliances and is well stocked with everything you will need to prepare and serve your home cooked meals. For the Chef in the Family, Grilling out has never been this View-licious!
The living space has soaring ceilings, a stone gas log fireplace, unique Designer décor, luxurious updated furniture, and a large flat screen HDTV.  Just a few steps from the kitchen is the main level’s full bathroom with ceramic tile, and a jetted tub. The laundry room offers a full size washing machine and dryer.
Proceed through the sliding doors, out onto the newly expanded gorgeous view deck - to the comfortable seating choices, and a Sparkling Hot Tub. Stepping into the soothing bubbles is convenient and easy as you set the mood with wonderful starry skies above in the night time, and layers of Captivating Mountain views during the day! When you are through relaxing in the Hot Tub, slip into one of the complimentary Bathrobes we provide for your use during your stay
A few steps from the Hot Tub deck will bring you to the Fire Pit, so bring the S'mores and brush up on those memory making fireside stories...
Kick back in one of the comfortable chairs and enjoy your coffee as the fog lifts from the endless rolling mountains each morning.  Immediately adjacent is the gas grill.
The porch provides plenty of seating and space for enjoying Nature, Dining Al Fresco, and grilling with friends and family.

Come back inside to explore the rest of the cabin including the main level bedroom which offers a Flatscreen TV, and a very comfortable and luxurious queen size bed (High quality Firm Mattress with a Luxury Top layer added for a Soft touch).
From the main room, journey up the staircase to the upstairs master bedroom!  The Master Bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed (Firm Mattress with a Luxurious Top Layer for Sublime Comfort), and a private ensuite bathroom (recently renovated) with a shower, 3rd out of 3 Total satellite TV's, and more spectacular mountain views...
Ready for a game Shuffleboard   Head downstairs to the game table in the main living space area. This shuffleboard table is bound to provide hours of Fun and Entertainment for the entire Family!

Whether you are here to explore the numerous scenic drives, or to Kayak, go White water rafting, Zip lining, Tubing, Mountain Biking, Boating on Fontana Lake, Hike the trails, and more... Mountain Time - At Sky Cove will make you feel at home, and keep you coming back again and again! 

Mountain Time does provide complimentary High Speed WiFi so you can work remotely and email your Friends and Family to let them know what a Great time you are having. UPDATE: Mountain Time is connected to the best area internet service that offers Unlimited Usage (unlimited internet usage is not readily available in rural areas so it is kind of a big deal in the mountains).

... Also available is our Shopping service. If you would like to arrive at the Cabin with your Groceries already stocked, ask for details, we will have everything waiting for you upon your arrival.
... If you would like to enjoy a Spa Massage Service at the Cabin, it is a good idea to book in advance to assure availability. Your Professional Massage Therapist will come to you, so when you are done, they quietly disappear and leave you to relax!
... If your vacation dates are during 'Season' or Holidays and you plan to rent a pontoon or fishing boat, it may be a good idea to reserve in advance! Lake Fontana is primarily National Forest, Smoky Mountains, and Federally owned, so the Lake is never 'Busy', but the few available rental boats do get booked up.

IMPORTANT CLEANING INFORMATION: We do our best to make Environmentally Friendly choices whenever possible. This does not include Cleaning Products. All Natural “Green” Cleaning products are not successful against todays Germs and Viruses.
At NCMR, we do and always have used EPA Regulated Cleaning Products. Our Cleaning Procedures go above The CDC Guidelines and do include the use of sanitation cycles and procedures, disinfecting/cleaning products used in Kitchens, Bathrooms, Mattresses, and all surfaces, handles, door knobs, remote controllers, high touch areas, etc… (We provide a complete list of Cleaning Procedures/Guidelines, to all of our Guests, prior to arrival).
